Yes, it is, as is the fourth game. You can find it on pretty much most decent game-stocking sites, or in gaming stores (I got mine from Gamestop, used).

Still, the post, while misleading, is right. Apollo may be the main PLAYABLE character... But the game's main character is still Phoenix. =p
