I also don't mind rain once in a while, but since we never get rain in the summer 'round these parts, it tends to be cold when it's raining, which I dislike.

Gentlemen, I like rain.
Gentlemen, I LOVE RAIN.
But seriously, it's incredibly relaxing. It pleases all five of my senses. (I can taste the refreshing air!)
But I especially like it in cold weather. The contrast between the cold air and the warm fuzzy feeling I get is amazing.
It's also really great to get all snug with your significant other and enjoy the rainfall.
Also a great motivator. Just knowing that it's raining makes me want to accomplish tasks I'd normally put off. Like Mother Nature's very own Elite Beat Agents.

As for when I'm inside, nothing feels better to me than being inside as rain pours down hard enough and in large enough amounts to flood the streets.
Of course, I'm also a bit excited about a nice, snowy winter. That's one good thing about going to college in Wisconsin--snow.
