I'm giving a warning to all you readers, this is my very first Fanfic. I'm not kidding, so don't expect any expertise or anything. Please give constructive criticism, I would really appreciate it, but, you know, comments are always good too :D. Also, like I said in the title, there will be spoilers up ahead, SO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.


Chapter 1

Ema's Apartment
8:30 pm

"Yeah I understand Lana. Okay I'm heading out right now. Alright see you soon." Ema closed her cell phone as she walked out of her apartment. Aw crud, I forgot I needed to phone the 'fop' and tell him I won't be showing up for work, damn it. Lana had told Ema, without earlier notice, that her friend Angel Starr had invited Lana to a masquerade festival, so Ema had to house-sit for the weekend. Lana's home was in a city not-too-far from her own, so she would only have to drive for an hour or two.
Ema began to drive out of town as she held her phone up to her ear. Several long tones went by. Come on, pick up, I don't want to have to keep calling you glim-
"Ja?"
"AH! H-Hello!"
"Is that you Fräulein?"
"Uh, yeah, I just wanted to let you know I wouldn't be at work for the rest of the week."
"Oh, what a coincidence, I too, shall not be attending work, for I have a concert for a neighboring city." Klavier explained in a cool tone. Ack! I hope I don't run into him!
"Yeah okay. Bye." Ema hung up the phone before she had to hear any more of Klavier's thick German accent.
Driving past the city, she switched on the radio. "And here's the song that everyones listening to nowadays...GUILTY LOVE!" blared the radio.
"GAH NOOOO!" Ema screamed while she slammed her fingers across the buttons of the radio as a series of music rang through the vehicle, "MAKE IT STOP!" Finally, her fingers slid across the 'off' button, Ema let out a huge sigh before continuing her drive.
Ema had driven for about an hour and a half now, and it was now late in the evening, so she had just entered the city. "Thank goodness, I'm almost there, just a little longer and I'll be at Lana's." She said happily. She looked to the side of the road, and noticed a rather large stadium, with a rather large crowd in the front. Must be the Gavineers, sigh. It was at that moment that Ema had realized her car had stopped moving. What?! What happened to my car?! Ema looked at the meters in front of her. Empty. Empty. EMPTY! HOW COULD MY GAS TANK BE EMPTY ALREADY?!
Ema began to worry, she was still quite far from Lana's home. Ema got out of the car to check for any near by gas stations. No gas stations in sight. I could always walk over to...NO! I can't! No, I'll...I'll have to call somebody instead! Ema searched through her contacts list, she dialed for her sister. Please oh PLEASE pick up Lana! I'm begging you to pick up! Ema waited, and waited, and waited. "No! Please! C'mon Lana you hav-"
"Hi there."
"Ah! Thank goodness you picked up Lana! Listen, I was driv-"
"You've reached Lana Skye, I can't come to the phone right now, so please, leave a message, and I'll try to get back to you." Ema closed her phone, looking down to her feet in defeat. She looked up towards the sky. Ema let out a big sigh before heading off towards the Gavineer's concert.

Hah! That little bit with the message made me chuckle

It's only the first chapter, so I can't say much plot-wise or anything; but mechanically-wise, I'd just recommend to "rear in your dialogue". What I mean is, while Ema is definitely stressed throughout the story, limit your use of caps. You haven't totally overused them, but try not to fall into that. Am I making any sense whatsoever

Anyway, hope to see more!

Chapter 2

Arcadia Stadium
10:05 pm

"Thank you for coming to the concert everyone! Goodnight!" The Gavineer's lead singer yelled into the mic, "We will be signing autographs backstage!" The crowd's screams began to increase, as you could hear the shuffling of feet moving along the pavement. Oh geez. How am I supposed to get to him with all these fans running around the place?
"EEEKKKK! LIKE OHMYGOD IT'S REALLY HIM! IT'S REALLY KLAVIER GAVIN!"
"OHMYGOD HE'S SO MUCH MORE HANDSOME UP CLOSE!"
"OH PLEASE SIGN MY OFFICIAL GAVINEER'S T-SHIRT!"
"Oh no problem Fraulein." Klavier signed yet another fan's over-priced Gavineers product. Why can't any of my fans not scream in my face when they meet me...ew, I think she just spat on me. Klavier wiped his face while he glanced around him, the other band members were busily signing products, and papers as well. Klavier's hands were already burning from playing the guitar so much, now his hands were in searing pain. He could feel the muscle under his eye move ever so slightly at every moment he gripped that wretched pen. Atleast after this week is finished, I can go back home and rest. Klavier looked at a bright clock nearby. 10:25...almost time to pack up, thank goodness.
"MISS I CANNOT LET YOU THROUGH! YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!" Another crazed fan trying to run through the line again huh?
"WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO SEE MY BOSS?!" Boss? What's that supposed to mean?
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THIS. MR.GAVIN IS NOT YOUR BOSS. HE'S MINE. NOT YOURS, MINE."
"ARGH! WHY WON'T YOU LISTEN TO ME?! *MUNCH* I'M TELLING YOU *MUNCH* THAT MR.GAVIN *MUNCH* IS MY BOSS! *MUNCH*" Wait! I could recognize that munching anywhere! Klavier jumped up, startling the fan in front of him.
"THAT'S IT! I'M GETTING YOU OUT OF HERE!" Klavier watched the scene from afar as the bodyguard began to pick Ema up.
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH ME!"

*KA-TONK*

"WHAT THE-?!" The guard bent down and picked up the crunchy snack, Klavier couldn't help but snicker, "What's this?"
"That's a SNACKOO you big jerk. Now let me see Klavier before I hit you again." Klavier continued to observe the now obvious aruguements between his bodyguard, and his Fraulein detective. Seeing that the argument would go no further, Klavier stood up and headed towards Ema and the guard, oblivious to the fans watching his every move.
"Ah, Mr. Bodyguard? Please allow me the honor of speaking with this young fräulein." He gave a sincere smile to the guard, camera flashes went on and off. "But sir!" Klavier cleared his throat, trying not to seem as if he was taking control too much. The bodyguard huffed and backed off of Ema, with the crowd still carefully watching the scene.
"Thanks Klavier." God I thought my arm was going to be ripped off.
"Fräulein detective, what a nice surprise seeing you here." He flashed another smile, along with flashes of cameras.
"Uh, yeah. Well, I kind of need your help with something..." Ema looked up at Klavier, whom at the moment had an evil smirk drawn across his face, "Wait...W-What are you thinking up in that head of yours?!" She pulled out some snackoos, "I'm only here *MUNCH* to ask you to *MUNCH* help me *MUNCH* fix up my *MUNCH* car."
"Of course, I cannot ignore a request from you fräulein, but, how about we discuss this matter...somewhere else ja?" Ema continued munching, she looked around to notice that Klavier indeed had a good point. All his fans were staring at them, well, they were staring at Klavier, and giving Ema bunches of I-want-to-kill-you-right-now glares. Klavier requested that the guards take Ema backstage while he finish up with the autographs. She nodded and followed the guard through a pair of doors.


Yeah okay, I don't think this one went so well. I tried not to make the charecters speak so much but, I didn't do a really good job. Hope you enjoy it anyways.

Chapter 3

Backstage of Arcadia stadium
10:30 pm

The backstage was rather...small. Not that there was anything wrong with it, It's just that the sunshine colliseum was bigger is all. Ema looked around, she could see a few guitars, plenty guitars, and...a box of hair curlers? What the...what are these doing here? No...nevermind, i don't want to know. The detective looked around again, no one but the guard was here. Eep, this is kinda creepy, especially since the guard is here. Subconsciously, she took out a bag of snackoos to eat. Footsteps...that better be him. I've been here so long, I've already finished 2 bags of snackoos! The large doors swung open, revealing a glimmerous fop with a glowing aura. "Ah! Fraulein! Thanks so much for waiting." Ema glanced away, pouting.
"What took you so long?" She asked.
"Aw, did you miss me fraulein?" Pasting a glossy white smile across his face, Ema leapt back, she couldnt believe what he was saying!
"N-No! I just don't like waiting long, why would anyone miss you?" The singer frowned, looking geniuinely sad. "Ah! I-I didn't mean it like that!" She said tensely, W-what's with this atmosphere? It feels..so dark. I don't think I've ever felt this before... "Anyways, like i said before, my car broke down nearby. I need some gas for it." Ema said as she glanced around the room again, Where's this aura coming from, it feels so, evil...
"Well Fraulein, I could bring you to the nearest gas station..." He offered. Wow! Just to offer up and help me like that? That's really unlike him!
"Thanks! That would be just great! I am so-"
"But." Uh-oh. "You must do something for me ja? As an equal trade."
"Alright fine, shoot, what do I have to do?" He folded his fingers into a gun.
"BANG! You have to be my girlfriend for the rest of the time you're here." Ema hugged herself in fear.
"Wh...WHAT?! WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!" The singer tapped his pointer-finger on his forehead.
"Equal trade remember? Gas is quite expensive now."
"But being your girlfriend wouldn't make a difference!" Ema yelled. Gah! I'm in big trouble!
"How about triple your pay?"
"...you can't do that." Whoa! Triple my pay?!
"Of course I can Detective, I am your boss ja?" Ema pondered, was triple her pay really worth becoming the fop's girlfriend?
Of course it's worth it!
But I would be the fop's woman! His babe! His GIRL.
True, but your not here for long, only another day.
Well...I am running low on cash...
Exactly.
Klavier stared at Ema, who was staring at him back, as he awaited her response, he waved his hand in front of her face, "Hello? Fraulein? Are you alright?" The detective snapped out of her trance, with red paint streaked across her face. Klavier heard her mutter a few words, but couldn't hear them clearly. "What was that?" By now, Ema had turned redder than Apollo's suit. She made a big, long sigh.
"I said okay. I'll be your girlfriend for the duration of the time that I'm here." Ema felt so embarrased, she'd had boyfriends before, but none of them just happened to be her boss. Suddenly, Ema felt a huge wave of warmth around her, it felt unusually...nice. Klavier had embraced her. It wasn't just any ordinary embrace either, something felt different. It felt as if there was more to it, but Ema wasn't sure.

Chapter 3

Stadium Parking Lot
10:45 pm

Klavier and Ema exited the stadium, to go fill up Ema's car. Why did I do that earlier? Hugging Ema like that so suddenly just beacuse she said she'd be my girlfriend...no, I couldn't...could I? The singer had blushed red while he walked along side the detective. Ema looked at Klavier, who had begun to stare blankly in front of him, "Uh...Klavier? You alright up there?" Nothing. "Hello?" Still nothing. Ema knocked Klavier's head ever so slightly. Again, nothing. Time to take immediate action! She reached into her satchel and pulled out a single snackoo, tossing it at Klavier's forehead.

*KA-TONK*

He blinked furiously, "Ah! I was snackooed!" His face reddend when he looked over at his attacker. Quickly, he looked away, leaving a confused Ema. "Uh...I was going to ask you something, but...Oh! Right! The Gavineer's always have an after party when we don't have anything coming up. So uh...would you like to come with me?" Ugh, what's wrong with me? This usually would be so easy for me to ask someone to go with me.
"Well, I am your girlfriend for the rest of the time I'm here so...okay." Giving him a sweet smile. His eyes widened, she never smiled at him like that before. He could feel even more blood rushing to his cheeks. Why is he blushing so much? Is it because of me? Because I said yes? Both had stopped conversing, thinking about what had happened just a few moments ago.
The couple arrived at the scene, carrying some gasoline to fill up. Klavier began to fill the gas tank, while Ema watched him carefully. Oh geez, her eyes are piercing into me. His hands began to tremble, but he kept his eyes on the gas, even though it was spilling a little. "H-Hey! You spilled some gas on my leg!" She scolded him, the gas stank.
"Oh sorry..." He replied glumly. Klavier pulled out a small napkin from his pocket, and held it out for Ema, refusing to look at her. Silence hung in the air.
"Hey Klavier? Are you okay?" Ema said in a sweet voice. He's not acting like himself, he would be teasing me about being his girlfriend by now, but he hasn't said very much.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine, really." Klavier spoke very quietly, as he stared at the now empty gasoline container. "Klavier. Look at me." Ema said sternly. He made a loud gulping noise, and slowly looked up, to find a worried looking detective, with the worried detective looking at a red tomato, "You're not acting like yourself, are you sure you're okay?"
"O-Of course I'm okay Liebe! Come, we must hurry to the party!" Klavier yelled out trying to regain his form back. I can't show weakness in front of her! I just won't think about it for now. Ema shrugged, even though she was still worried, she knew he wouldn't say anything...for now anyways. The duo headed off towards the tour bus.

Chapter 4

Tour Bus
11:00 pm

"Gavin! What took you so long man?" screamed the drummer, as soon as Klavier walked into the bus bringing Ema with him. "Oh, well, looky here! Who's this pretty bird here?" The drummer was speaking into Ema's face as if she were a microphone. Ugh, I can smell so much alcohol on his breath, I don't even have to test it.
"Oh, her. This is detective Ema Skye."
"OOOHHHH. So this is THE Ema Skye huh? The band's heard a lot about you." He mumbled, giving a wicked smirk. Both became flush, one looking at the other curiously, with the other switching views between the drummer and the other.
"I-It's not what you think! I was only talking about...my cases! Yes! Some of the cases we worked on together! R-Right Derek?" Klavier patted Derek's back, hard, causing Derek to cough.
"Uh, y-yeah. Of coarse that's what you were taking about. *cough*" Derek stumbled away. Klavier looked nervously at Ema, who at the moment, was glaring at him.
"E-Ema? You're not mad are you?" Oh man! I have to act normal! Or else she'll suspect something!
"Hm. No. I'm not mad." She replied quickly. Are you kidding me?! Of coarse I'm mad! YOU TALKED ABOUT ME TO YOUR BAND IN A WAY BESIDES WORK. The detective grumbled, and pulled out a bag of snackoos.
"Ahem! Anyways, Liebe. I should show you around the bus, It's much bigger than you think!" He grabbed Ema's hand before she could reach in her bag and grab more snackoos, dragging her around the bus.

Tour Bus
12:00 am
By now, the whole bus had heard about Ema and Klavier's 'relationship', so to speak. A round of drinks were bought for each member of the party, as congratulations to the happy 'couple'. And again, and again, and again. By now, there had been at least 5 rounds of drinks. Many of the people had already been slightly intoxicated when the pair had arrived. Now, all of the people had fallen unconscious from extreme intoxication, well that it is, everyone except our lonely couple here.
*gurgle* "S-So E-m-a, do you like da party j-ja?" *hic*
*gulp* "AH! Yeah Kulaviay. This party is a barrel of monkeys!" *hic*
The two were laughing happily, soaking away their thoughts in alcohol, and bliss. Though they were unaware of this, both had yet to stop thinking about the other.

Well, he has been really nice this past hour. And...he is pretty...handsome. I..I think I might get used to being his girlfriend. Ema smiled, as she swirled the liquid around in its cup.
Alright, I have to admit it. I really do like her. Heck, I might love her too. But, I don't know if she's being genuinely nice, or she's just acting that way for the deal. The two locked eyes, exchanging looks of desire. Their faces inching closer and closer, until their lips locked into place. The kiss was a subconscious conversation, their confessions were being exchanged. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. Drinking too much whiskey is never good for you, Ema and Klavier collapsed seconds after the kiss.

Chapter 5

Tour Bus
12:00 pm

Just about everyone had awoken, except for Klavier. Ema, would have gotten up, if it hadn't been for the pair of arms wrapped around her. Ugh, my head is killing me! What happened last night between me and the fop that made THIS happen?! She didn't want to make any sudden movements to wake up the glimmerous fop holding her softly. She had only woken up a few minutes ago, but her head had felt as if she had waited much longer. Ema slowly looked up, to see Derek the drummer, watching them. Ema, being desperate, mouthed the words 'help me' to the fellow band member. His reply, 'no.' He gave her a wide wicked smirk, similar to the one he had made last night. Seeing she wouldn't get any help from him, she decided to try and remember what had happened last night.

...!

Well, he has been really nice this past hour. And...he is pretty...handsome. I..I think I might get used to being his girlfriend.
AH! I-I-I I didn't think that! I couldn't! N-N-N-NO WAY COULD I THINK THAT! Ema, now blushing furiously, went on trying to remember the rest. Derek stared at her, watching her blush. When suddenly, she screamed and jumped up, ignoring the heavy headache she had, as well as knocking over the man who had just been looking at her.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" The loud scream woke up the resting singer.
"W-Whu...ugh my head hurts." Rubbing his head, he looked towards the screamer. Ema grabbed her head, shaking it over and over again.
"No! No! No! IT COULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED! NOOOOO!"
"Ouch, Liebe please do not scream so loudly, my head hurts."
"Y-Y-You! L-L-Last night...AH!" She ran out the door.
"Mmmm...What's wrong with the Fraulein?" Derek shrugged, and headed off to the washroom. Klavier decided to go search for the Fraulein.

*huff* *huff* *pant* *pant*

Ema lay her back on top of her car. Oh god...I can't believe I kissed him! What was I thinking? Wait..I KNOW what I was thinking. Ema let out a big groan as she lightly slapped her forehead.
"Ouch, that hurt. *sigh* Guess I should go grab some water to drink." She jumped off the vehicle to reach inside and grab her water bottle, when she found herself looking into a pair of Bright blue eyes.
"Ah Liebe, there you are." He spoke softly, so not to irritate his already throbbing head. Silence. Hm? What's with Ema? She looks so flustered. He gazed at her reddened face. "Ema? Is something the matter?"
"N-No. Nothings wrong at all." She turned her head so she would not to see him. Oh boy, I bet the fop doesn't even remember what happened...maybe I should ask...I hope this doesn't make him remember. She turned back to the singer, who had a concerned look spread on his face. "Um...Klavier, do you happen to remember anything from last night's party?" She spun her head again, she couldn't look at his killer gaze.
"Hm...I don't remember much. We came into the bus, I introduced you to everyone as my girlfriend, Derek bought everyone a round of drinks, again, again, and again, everyone passed out, we talked for a moment then.........." Klavier stopped at a hault. Oh my, we kissed. Suddenly, giving a blushing chuckle. "And then we kissed," Those words sent shivers down Ema's spine. "But of course, my little detective already knew that didn't she?" Klavier smiled, while Ema gave a nervous look as she blushed even more than before. Out of the blue, Klavier lifted her chin up, "How about we try it making it more memorable this time hm?" Klavier began to lean in.
"W-Wait! What are y-" Her voice was cut off by a set of soft lips. Ema blinked, shocked she did not move. The tanned man took this chance to deepen the kiss, by grabbing her waist and pulling her closer. Oh to heck with it, I'll let him do it this one time. She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck. Constantly kissing, the couple did not realize the rest of the people on the bus, plus some passerbys, were staring. W-what's this I'm feeling? Something feels so right, but...I shouldn't be feeling this, he's my boss! But...I'm also his girlfriend for the time being. I-Is that what I'm feeling? Love?

Hm. A little quick I think. But sorry for the wait, I needed idea.

Chapter 6

Lana's House
1:30 pm

Mustnotthinkaboutitmustnothinkaboutit...UGH! Ema rustled her hair furiously. Two kisses over the course of one day...no wait...two...or was it one? She couldn't think of anything else. She felt like a disease had taken over her body, a disease named Klavier Gavin. For the time being, she could be alone, alone with the furious thoughts, of what she thought could be, love. Klavier had prep work for tonight's concert, and Ema had to watch her sister's house as she had promised. This gave her time to think about what she had accepted around an hour ago, and what would be the 'consequence' of her actions. It was like a chemistry equation she couldn't find the answer to.

Klavier Gavin = ______ to Ema Skye

Ema pulled on her fluorecent goggles and thought to herself. What is the fop to me? He's just my boss...right? Ema had never felt like this before, well, except for her majorly large crush on a certain frilly prosecutor. She didn't have any other crushes as a teenager, she never was normal. Ugh, I REALLY need to talk to Lana right now. I don't know how I'm supposed to handle this..."love" thing. "AUGH!" Ema face planted herself into a pillow. Ema really needed to be alone with her sister. "Ugh...Why did you have to leave me here all al-"

"OH LIEBE~"
A scream. Ema heard a scream. It was her. Turning her head slowly, she glanced at the door, nervously. There, standing in front of Lana's, was the Lead singer of the Gavineers, whom was the item of Ema's fancy, and her own boss, Klavier Gavin. As well as two other horrifying objects next to him, two rather large suitcases. "I am here to keep you company Fraulein! From here on until your sister returns, I am to be living with you!" Another scream. Ema had no idea why she was screaming, it could be from the agonizing fear from the fact that it was the fop who was staying with her, or the excitement of what could happen between her and her 'boyfriend'. Ohgodohgodohgod...WHY NOW?! "I shall bring my suitcases upstairs ja?"
Not a move, she didn't move. Ema just sat there staring at him. Is the detectiv alright? Klavier shrugged and brought his belongings up the stairs. "Fraulein? Which one is the guest room?"
"...farthest to the left..."
"Alright!" He glided over to the small room to un-pack.

2:00 pm

Klavier hopped down the stairs after stuffing the guest room with his stuff. When he reached the bottom of the creaky stairs, he saw Ema, who was still sitting in the exact same spot, position, and had the same face spread across her face. "Erm...Ema?"
Her brain froze. For the first time in her life, her brain had frozen, because of a man. Sure, she had heard him calling her name dozens of times, she'd seen him waving his hands in front of her face, and him telling her he was leaving. But she'd already shut down. It was official to her, as well as very clear to her. She had completed the answer to the very difficult equation presented to her.

Klavier Gavin = the only man in her life who made her heart stop to Ema Skye

That was a pretty plain come back chapter.
