Looking for a certian sprite/effect. [Urgent!]

Hi I'm trying to put together a slide show for a Mock Trial, and we have plenty of scenes where Franziska whips people. My only problem is, I can't find the white line effect of it.

Example in this video:

I put it in a spoiler tag to be safe. But as you can see, every time she whips, there's that white line effect... I'm not finding it anywhere on Court Records. Hopefully I'm accidentally missing it. [Even though I've been searching for the last 5-6 hours.]

If someone can help me find this or retrieve this, please do!

Yeah I've been looking for it high and low... if you happen to spot it anywhere please let me know. I really need this for the trial. It's not til November, but we're behind with things and I'd rather get this out of the way.

Not to mention we need to replace 2 members... possibly X_X
