They could use some cleaning of the lines and shading.

2/badly recoloured, try to colour the edges as well, as use some more harmonic colours
3/Sorry, but without a doubt the baddest splices i've seen so far.Try to connec the body parts next time, and try to respect proportions.
4/Resize, stretch is NOT your friend, avoid it.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, But it's the truth.
Work on them some more and i'm sure they'l improve.

Yes, I know, these were done in like, 20 mnutes.
And I used paint, but my paint is like, Paint 95, so...
Oh well. I will try to do better next time.

Try connecting the head to the neck of the body your using.
Also, when you color, try to fill in all the shading points, not just one main color.

I know there are TONS of technical and content errors, but this is the best I could do.
