1) That's why I thought that image could be a cover. I mean, in this trailer you only see descriptions of Edgeworth, Gumshoe and Mikumo, so I don't think there will be another recurring character to the game.
And if they put Oldbag, it could sound like a joke.
2) Spoiler? Well, yes, finally, I thought I was the only one who believed that. I dunno why, it's just obvious! At least an accomplice!

I used Aegisub with the original .mov (I forced it to, using "all files" - it didn't like the sound though, but it wasn't necessary, but I imported the MP3 that I extracted from the .mov).
SUPER (ffmpeg) .mov -> .avi -> VirtualDub
Then I used VirtualDub (I wanted to apply the logo filter as well, with preview) to apply it.
SUPER (ffmpeg) VirtualDub -> .avi -> .flv -> my server
...that is, for anyone that actually cares...
EDIT: and I'm thinking of using After Effects to remove some of the background text, esp. in the final bit with the flapping. :)

I think -kun is especially appropriate between Edgeworth and Mikumo. You usually see it in school or business settings when a man wants to address a woman who is clearly younger and lower in status than him, but without using the cutsey -chan. He calls Maya "Mayoi-kun" as well.
