I'm quite certain we're not going to see anything more of the Von Karma family. As I said before: this was just something that they threw into the fan book to tie together a few loose ends of dialogue in the the first game with Franziska's existence in the second.

And do I really have to point out how silly the idea of Keygirl's relation to them is? The ages are all wrong for one thing, and she has a NAME for crying out loud.
