I'm a n00b, creating a case and I NEED CASEWRITERS! Preferably inexperienced.
OK lets cut to the crap. Here are some specs:
1. The defendant must be a carjacker-murderer-arseonist-candytheif named Zorko, The Normality-Impaired
2. You must be a n00b case wrighter of experienced sprite maker. you will be in the creds
3. for sprites I want funny mods of PW caracters (but only for the witnesses)
4. I will also need help learning MechaBowser's casemaker as I, too, am a n00b.

2. So you'd prefer people who can't write for squat, but can sprite like a god. Okay. Right.
3. Just edits with quirks? Nothing custom? Nothing specific? Nothing planned?
4. MechaBowser's casemaker is woefully incomplete, despite all it's press. Could you consider using PyWrite (an easy casemaker, still requires some coding, but a lot of people can help,) or even PWLib (a harder casemaker, but allows a lot of flexibility, has documentation and people you can ask for help.) Because if you're going to rely on Mecha's Casemaker, you're not going to get far.
