Maybe I was actually a small paintbrush when she inherited it, but someone (like Butzman) upgraded it for her?

Well, maybe the paintbrush already had power within it, but all of the power hidden with Vera makes it grow many times its size. This way she can just stick it in her pocket when she's not using it. :3

Also, the currently agreed upon Vera Mente power is that she can paint in the seven colors of the rainbow. Each color has a different power, but affects her emotions negatively because she doesn't have much control over them. That's how it goes, right? It's been a while...

There IS a color like that. It's Violet. Drew made her promise to never use it.

Perhaps I'm grasping at straws, but isn't Aquinine ( got it right!) liquid form's color violet? It's intentional? Maybe he could be Vera Mente's Archenemy?

I think by now we need to establish the "Blacksheep Supervillian" as most people in comics call them. The one that tries to be evil but fails miserably. Like 'Spot' from Spider-Man comics, 'Stilt-Man' from Daredevil or 'Killer Moth' from Batman before he became 'Charaxes'

Maybe he could have a dumb sidekick? It's not another side-character with super powers, just a dumb character to make a sort of stupid duo with Wriggler? I dunno...maybe Stickler? I mean, Stickler and Wriggler sound similar and the "Panties-man" is a rather amusing idea. :study:

Maybe Stickler could be a crazy guy, who tries to discover how the super-powers of the heroes, villains and tweeners works, like stealing Whiptra's whip and Miss Murder's umbrella, unravel the mysteries of Miss Fortune's luck, make recordings of Lawboy's and Shatter's voice, in other words annoy everyone in the name of science! And of course stealing all of the female characters's panties.
