Well, you can use GIMP to do that. And you can download it for free.

Didnt mean to sound condescending, I like sprites as much as anyone else (XD).
Just my opinion that pixel art and photographs (posters in this case) don't mix well.

I'm one of the people who also can't take the background off cleanly in one shot. In fact i have to erase it pixel by pixel. Paint can make white backgrounds transparent, but you can't adjust the size of the sprites before you paste them like my photo program can (mine is MGI Photosuite 2 SE).
And for the last time i don't have gimp because there's over a dozen diffrent things to download on their site and idk which is which.

I do think some of the sprites also exists as artwork. Those are the ones I use in my photo edits. I have to resize art as well, and it usually ends up looking fine if you do it in the right proportions.
I can't help you with the whole GIMP things because I don't use it. I know there is a program called Open Canvas that is like Photoshop, but I haven't heard too many good things about it.

That hasn't stopped the buffoons who ship this pairing. Incest has never made an effect on anyone in this fandom, except (ironically) in the case of Trolly. Which is kind of weird if you think about it.

Haha thanks. I had to use a picture (Regina face) that was bad quality though so it looks a little weird. And whenever I look at Acro I always think I could do better :/ I REALLY wanted to use Kristoph Gavin for that. He wasn't even in that game though, so it wouldn't make as much sense lol
