I've just been replaying case 2-4 *which is awesome, heh-heh* and I noticed something very strange in the first cross-examination of Shelly when you press him on :
''To an assassin, nothing is more important than the trust between a client and himself''

Here's the press, contradiction is in fat letters, funny sentences that adds even more doubt are in italic :

The trust between you and your client... ?
I provide my services in a fast and efficient manner. In exchange, I trust that my clients are discreet about me and my identity. If too many people knew my face, it would be quite troublesome.
And that is why you're testifying in this manner?
This is the first time one of my clients has ever been accused of murder.. I must preserve the De Killer name so my clients can trust me.


What I want to show you, is that Shelly said that ''It's the first time one of his clients has ever been accused of murder''. Who is accused of murder in this case? Matt of course! So all that frustration Shelly had for Matt at the end, Matt should've been frustrated against Shelly too, because that statement clearly says :

The defendant is my client!

What're you waiting for, judge? Slam that gavel!
And I abandoned the possibility of him putting the blame on Adrian, because he hasn't even talked about her yet!
Any objections against my line of thinking? Because I think that ''trust'' thing was long broken, by Shelly himself!

Except that Adrian Andrews is also suspected of murdering Juan (as evidenced by the button and knife, not to mention she has an apparent motive). So it's quite possible that De Killer is referring to her.

^ I just continued playing the case *I had to go sleep* And Shelly had a good reason to say that because he says that she broke the rules with tampering with the crime scene by ripping the button and planting the knife.
