You sum up my feelings with this image.
Although, if the film is also dubbed into English, and they get the original voice actors in, I hope Luke's voice will be a bit better. He kinda reminds me of a squeakier version of Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins, but I guess that's what makes him charming.

This made my day. And probably my week. Month. Not year, since it's finishing. I'll start 2009 happy.
Anyway, if they'll keep Luke's original voice, I hope it's the one they used in the US version, not the UK version. The UK one sounds too squeaky. TOO squeaky not "fine" squeaky.
Anyway, I also heard about "Professor Layton: The First (YES, FIRST!) Movie" and a live-action movie. Is this "The First Movie" or a different Anime? Because the article talks about an animation film, not an anime, if with anime you mean animated series.
Hey, if we don't get Pandora's Box for January 2010, let's make a boicot. Like, we say "no" to watching the movie until we get the game. Yes, I want Layton 2 too badly ):

But a movie... O.O omg it would be just perfect if it is the same quality as the videos in the game. But I just hope it won't be too much about puzzles, I don't want Layton saying in the middle of the action "My, this reminds me of a puzzle..."; that would be really lame.
