Like she said, early sales are only available to a certain group of people. Some of 'em leak the scan and info anonymously in a thread in 2ch.net (most if not all of 'em got translated and posted for the English audience on neogaf.com almost instantly, which is read by a lot of people in the western gaming industry, and the place where many major English gaming sites take their news from)

I don't think we'll get any localization news from the Japanese press. We'll probably have to wait for Nintendo Power and Game Informer to provide us with news about that most likely.

Yes, I already know that. But since the series has grown hugely popular (even more since the release of GS4), I think we won't have to wait too long before having some news about the localization (that's what I think).
And according to when the game is released in Japan, we might get a hint to when it will cross the ocean ^^
I don't know how long it took them to release GS4 in the US (anyone could enlighten me ?), but I think it will take them less time for this one. (At least, it will be quicker than for GS1 :p) But once again, this is but mere suppositions... or maybe you could call it 'hopes' ^^
