Don't worry about it too much. I think that movie (Free Willy) was released in the early or mid nineties, so yes, it is old. Flipper (the show and movie about the dolphin) was first released in the mid nineteen sixites as a movie and then was adapted for television, but later as released as a movie again in the mid nineties.

What are the chances that the dolphin even matters at all, now that I consider it? Maybe the picture he/she was in was only meant as concept art, so it's unofficial. I think we can conclude that the water park case is canon, but maybe they just threw the dolphin in there.
I do think that it would be a really interesting/surprising piece of "evidence" though. Capcom could have lots of fun with that concept.

Well... I really wonder whether the developer who came up with this dolphin even imagined (at least) 1/100 of what
I agree with Ceres though, we should not go too far with this one. However, I really had a very good laugh, so thank you very much, every people who took part in this
I even realized that, in the end, it's very likely that this dolphin will be completely unrelevant to the case... and as always in GS/GK games, every single irrelevant piece of evidence will undoubtly be highlighted at one point in the story xD
