Though I seriously seriously doubt she's related to to the Karma's at all. The white hair and red eyes obviously make her anime-albino (unless it's a wig and contacts of course) which I don't think you can really compare to the fact that Franziska's hair is...blue? Plus with a name like "Sheena" and judging by her outfit and haircut, the look they're going for is a lot more Asian-inspired than American.
Unless there's some complicated backstory where she changed her name and tried to deliberately hide the fact that she was a von Karma, but... ugh, isn't Franny enough? No more surprise von Karma's please!

I don`t think the other Von Karma sister is among those characters. If you want my opinion there is one character in the whole GS games that suits to all the descriptions:
Lamiroir/Thalassa Gramarye:
She is older than Franny, she could be her older sister.
She has a daughter and at the time of GS1 Trucy would be 6 or 7 years old.
She had that brooch that looks the same as the ones Franny or Manfred had.

Sorry I kinda went crazy with that other subject.
About that I think Shiryuu
share some kind of backstory with Edgeworth, maybe he`ll be a character who lasts until the end of the game and through the game he and Edgeworth always talk about "that case" and then in the end of the game maybe they find the true about "that case" where Shiryuu started to hate prosecutors. That`s most of the idea I get right now.Now for another thing about Shiryuu: Do you think Shiryuu

But they have to bring back Maya's drawing. I'm very interested in that.

Yeah, it actually fits really nicely. Or Detective Francis Drake.
I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but randomly I remembered that Phoenix and Rou's hair style isn't the only thing similar. (If someone else found this already, I'm sorry, I've only seen people mention the hair similarities)
Both of their first names have the kanji for "Dragon" in them (龍).

Edit: After reading trough the whole thread I feel like starting to ship Franziska x Shiina. And it thanks to this qoute.
