I'm a massive fan of Edgey so I'm REALLY excited about Gyakuten Kenji, but so far, I've seen nothing of Phoenix in any of the ads etc. :sadshoe:

So, I was just wondering if anyone knew if Feenie XD will be in it or not? He's such an important part of Edgeworth's life, surely he'll get a cameo... right?

It's been stated that he will not be in the game, but the teaser trailer at tgs and the fact one of the murders is very close to Phoenix's office suggest he could appear, he won't be a main character if he does however.

I really hope Phoenix would be in the game and that we will get a chance to look at Phoenix more from Edgey's point of view as well as his office and stuff. I bet that would be really hilarious. :godot:

I agree... He's such an integral part of Edgeworth's life, it just seems wrong to me that Phoenix might not be in it. I'd love to see how Edgey thinks about him... :P

I agree~~especially now we know the timeline of the game will be around GS3, I'm really curious about what happened after Edgey heard about Phoenix's losing his job. But maybe it won't be even mentioned in the game. :larry:

In one of the early interviews the creators said that Phoenix would not appear as anything more than a background cameo, if that. He did apparently make an appearance in the TGS promotional video but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be involved. We just have to wait and see.
