My example of this is today, one of the taps burts in a science lab next to mine and we heard girls screaming. The water reached right to the top of the ceiling...of course we all got told off for looking through the side door that connects the two classrooms, but watching all the kids coming out of the class soaking wet was the best thing to ever happen...
Anyone else got any funny stories like this?

Needless to say, a part of my hair had singed off. *blush*
I actually had something similar happen to me when I was in High School during a Chemistry class. We were working with bunsen burners to see if these chemcials reacted differently to different amounts of heat added to it. Needless to see, I got distracted and ended putting my hand above the flame unknowingly. Thanks to my slighty high tolerance of pain, I didn't know that my thumb was in the flame itself! About a minute later, I finally felt the pain and pulled my thumb to discover I burned off my fingerprint!
Thankfully, It's been 3 years and I got about half of my thumb's fingerprint back...

This is how I got expelled in second grade.
Fuck the boy scouts and the mandatory pocket knife, it was right after school.
By the way I brought it to the teachers attention and received expulsion anyways despite being honest. It was also the last day of school. They kind of just said "I guess you get to go home early" and didn't actually administer a real punishment.

Also, my ICT teacher drew all over the interactive whiteboard in our ICT suite with a normal board marker.
Sure, we have pretty good teachers, but you can't really be taught common sense, it seems.

In middle school, this one girl was going to move, so she wanted to basically go out with a bang. So she started a food fight. There was a wave of food over the cafeteria and luckily my table was probably the farthest away. Someone opened a Gaterade and threw it near us; it landed and exploded everywhere (luckily, no one at our table got dirty). We ran out of the cafeteria, and our band teacher (he can have a bad temper) was shouting at us to get back into the cafeteria.
We had to have assigned seats for two weeks. But it was really funny.
Also, one time I was in math class taking a test when the fire alarm went off. We went in one hallway and the door was shut with a whole bunch of other people in front of our class. The teachers behind us were yelling to open the door, but the students explained they couldn't, cuz there was water! So we went outside.
However, then someoen told us to go back inside. Me and other friends were first, but as we walked, other teachers stopped us and said, "Go back outside!!!" so we had to pause a caravan of students and tell them to go back!
Turned out it was a pipe burst. We got to leave early.

Now, the cap was on, everything seemed fine...so I pressed the button. The second I did that, the cap flew off and a ton of hot boiling onion soup flew onto my arm. Needless to say, my arm was very red for the next few days.
Turns out the cap was broken, so it didn't fit as well as it should have. Joy. >_> Ah well, I preferred Textiles (Sewing and such) to Food Tech anyway! ^_^
