I hope it's OK but if it isn't I promise to fix it up again. Though 200kb isn't a lot to work with when they have animation involved... but I would be able to get round that ^_^

So glad you love it. It's the first avatar I've made with that effect on it. ^_^ Yes my cat is very ill 
but I hope my kitty will be fine like you say. I think my cat should be coming home next Thursday but then I have to make it have tablets (like the last time she was ill; not easy) and so if every goes fine she will finally be back to healthy condition at the end of the month! The same day I will order a new graphics tablet ^_^ yipee!

I think it's a bad idea to be aware of the signature limit (200kb file size) and to outright ignore it by continuing to use a signature that's over the limit. :// Your current signature is still very much over the limit (right-click it, click "properties", and you'll see that it's over 700kb), so I advise that it be changed. I'm giving this advice because you've been caught with a oversized sig before -- it is assumed that you know what was wrong the first time, so you never know what 2nd, 3rd, etc. offenses will be.
Be safe and knowledgeable of the rules-

PA: Your recent rainbow banner/thing is ok, but be careful. It looks like Maya has cracks in her face.... you may want to erase the effects if they cover the artwork.
Your layout is much more organized than it used to be, so gj.

it's lost quite a lot of quality.

I was worried since to lower the kb I had to shrink it and that made it lose quality and also I had to cut out a lot of slides DX
