The idea of the logic system (acording to the interview) is to create NEW info, evidence (not forging) to use. Conecting the evidence you already have.

Um...I was quoted in evidence? I didn't realise I was giving Testimony.
Anyway don't crush the secret weapon idea. I think that the logic system and secret weapon apply, think about the times when Phoenix and Apollo have easily created new info an evidence by piecing things together, I don't see the big deal about the logic system.
Plus Nick and Polly used Logic AND a secret weapon ya know? I don't see why it's possible the logic system can't exist alongside one another.

Though in all seriousness, I think it'll have to do with two things. A key and his eyes. This is how I think it would work.
Okay, so it would involve the logic system. When you approach the crime scene there is an option to present the key. Once you present the key, logic mode activates. Thats when the eyes come in. Its kind of like how Apollo can see twitches, Edgeworth can see things out of place in the crime scene.
