Doubt it's a coincidence, they have Maya and Mia. Even the same clothes, Tour guide Mia even has a badge to show her occupation. Also the necklaces with the magatama (well not exactly but still...)
What would be worse would be if they had all the other characters from GS ^^

I really like the style they're drawn in. It's quite nice! I frankly think it was just the artist paying homage to the game, but the designs really are a bit too close to the source material to not be considered plagiarism. It also doesn't help that the artist seems to have used the official art as pose reference. Using reference is fine, particularly if you're drawing in your own style like with this, but using the characters AND their poses is too much.
The possible bellboy homage is different enough that it wouldn't be considered theft. I don't think the Miles one is really Miles though.

Okay, to whoever said that wasn't theft just 'cuz Mia didn't have a mole, well, YES, IT IS. And that's NOT okay. You can't just go around, ripping off games and putting them in your own. Yeah, you can't just grab Phoenix, make his hair blond and change his suit color to red, and claim it's your own.
I want to show this to Nintendo Power, BADLY and see what they say. Actually, I just want whoever made that game to be sued. Someone show those pictures to Croik.

It's a game where you have to find the hidden items. Unfortunately, i didnt connect the two when i first played PW.
ARRG the monkey was so hard to find.
Basically, its not a very good game but the art is cool in the way it's drawn.
