I've never seen a Penny cosplay.
But after getting the shirt and vest, what pants would best suit her? Cargo pants? Dress pants? Sweat pants? Jeans?
I'm at a loss. Help would be intensley loved.

I actually cosplayed her at Anime North in Toronto Last year.
I went and dug out some pictures, if you'd like to see; keep in mind, I didn't take these (since my camera screwed up), I just went and found them back in the Anime North 2008 thread; picture credit where credit is due.

either way; Black jeans/pants are the way to go, don't forget to get a stopwatch too for around your neck; black is perfered. Also, 'samurai' cards are also a good bonus. XD I think I picked up a pack of 5 ring cards, and they worked, but you could possibly make your own by finding Steel Samurai artwork and making them into cards, if you have the time.

Awwww n___n; s-seriously, it's no big deal! The whole costume was pretty rushed (literally, I got it all together the day before I got on the plane to Toronto) but I'm glad you liked it, and they helped. XD
Oh man, whenever you'd done those cards, I wanna see! XD

If your feeling super generous, some help for the other two cards would be epic. I'm planning on doing a Pink Princess and Evil Magistrate card as well.

But honestly, it looks amazing <3 I wish I could give you a better imput than this, but really, it looks to me like a good old fashioned trading card~ Makes me wish I had some XD Please show the Evil Magistrate and Pink Princess when you can, I wanna see 8D

I'm thinking about puttin on one of the cards for the rarity level: "Ultra Rare Premium Card" for reference to the case. That's the type of card Cody wanted to tell you the information.
I'll also have to remember to refer to Powers as WP when I'm cosplaying Penny. .
Hopefully, it will all turn out ^^;
