Well, if you consider how many reappearances we had in JFA, That was Will, Oldbag and Lotta. So thinking about it, as a reporter, Brushel actually seems like a likely reappearance to me.

I think Valant and Machi could and most likely will reappear. Lamiroir definitely will. People have brought up the fact that they are in jail, but that doesn't really mean anything. Take Adrian Andrews, for example. She manipulated a crime scene at the end of the second game and was free by the beginning of the third. No reason why the same couldn't happen for Machi or at least Valant.

They used quite broad characters so any of them can be reused. It's not like Moe could just reappear in a case about a library or something. Any of them I wouldn't be surprised seeing again.
