Day 1
"Hey! Wait a second!" Zeth bleated as Miles sifted through the dossiers. He hadn't had time to sort out what was in the pile, and he didnt' know what he had in there. An old habit that thankfully didn't wear off from his days in the mob, but all the same, he didn't want Miles to know everything HE did. Those dossiers were the reason he had a 1 up on the other detectives. IT was like giving away a trade secret. "If you don't mind," Leaping at the pages as soon as his shoes were off, Zeth snatched back the pages with a red face, "This is confidential research. I'm enlisting a LOT of trust in you doing this much. I'll give you the info you need. The rest stays with me. I hope you understand that I highly value trust in my privacy, as much as confidence in my work."
(Lol. Pushing buttons Miles, are we? ^^ ))
Day 2:-
"Ah, the director has arrived!" Phoenix grinned, strolling up to Klavier. "We were just sorting out a few details about the Judge's character, and Apollos. Is Ema's character all sorted? Me and Zeth figured out a game plan last night that were were happy with for the evil side.

((Sure! Shelly Beech is Shelly De Killer's daughter. Besides that, it's mostly up to you. Trucy found Shelly at the laundromat and exchanged numbers for the show. She didn't do alot on day 1 though so don't worry. Her title is the Ruby Stiletto, and so far, she's commanding the battle on the township in front of the cave the heroes are in.

Besides remembering that she's an assassin though, she's up to you :) I play her as a bit of a vixen (Sorry- she's an OC of mine I started off with and ditched when I started RPing 2 characters >.> ), but you may feel she should be otherwise.

"Oh, excellent, we're all here now," Phoenix grinned, stuffing one hand back into his pocket, and putting his grape juice down. "Perfect timing. Klavier will know what to do first. Are we shooting today? Or are we still on prep?"
"Our stuff is pretty much set," Zeth suddenly appeared behind Phoenix, resting his arm on Phoenix's shoulder to steady his cigarette hand. Zeth had a determined grin on his face, but from the way his hands were shaking, he could tell that something after the phone call with Godot had upset him somehow, and he was using the cigarettes to calm his nerves again.
"You shouldn't be smoking that in here," Phoenix tapped Zeth's shoulder, motioning to the cigarette, "I know most of this group are non smokers."
"It's just one," Zeth replied, rubbing his face, "If I go outside, I'm likely to blow Anthony's head off. You didn't see what he just did to Klavier's motorbike, Wright. Just for tapping his car."
Sighing as he allowed Zeth to continue to hang off his shoulder smoking, Phoenix glanced at Klavier already shuffling people about like nothing had happened. Picking up his grape juice again, Phoenix took a swig straight from the bottle. This could be a long day
((Lida- Um, yeah... You randomly met her and invited her int ^^; Sorry. You don't know her personally though. she's an unknown to everyone here. Well... I'm still deciding if Zeth has heard about her yet...))

He looked at Apollo and the Judge. "Except you, Herr Forehead. And you, Herr Judge. Will you two be alright if we continue where we left off with the filming yesterday?" He paused. "Well, if you have any problems, let us know. As they say, the show must go on! We'll start with whoever is ready to do their scene. Herr Forehead, I heard you say something about wanting to start, ja? Is this still true?"Miles Edgeworth
Miles looked at Zeth for a moment. "I can respect that." He nodded his head. "I....... apologize," Miles almost bit his tongue, "if my actions concerned you." The one that was dismissed."

In my story, she attempts to assassinate Phoenix as part of a frame to put Phoenix in jail, where Phoenix 'shots her in the head'- in reality, it's Zeth falsifying evidence ;) This can be wavered for this RP for convenience. I think it'd be interesting for Zeth to investigate her
BTW- how old are you making her? Zeth is 34 in this RP btw everyone- he's a year older than Phoenix in my story))Day 1:-
Zeth watched Miles expression for a moment longer, analysing Miles reaction in his mind. A few seconds later, Zeth's analytical look relaxed off to a more pleasant expression, as he realised that Miles didn't understand how personally he took his property.
"No, that's fine," Zeth nodded glancing aside as he tried to think of the best words for what he needed to say, "I... didn't explain what these papers were. Because, you see, when I say I'm enlisting alot of trust in you with this, it's actually alot more trust than you realise." Placing the pile of papers on the table, Zeth sat beside Miles with a slightly concerned look, "I'm still following the criminal underworld, Miles. I have alot of connections who are still loyal to me even now. I pay large amounts of money to keep up with rumours. Alot of what I have here can still be classed as highly illegal as I also follow my peers. I know exactly who I can and can't trust in the Police force, and Law" Leaning closer to Miles, Zeth had a very concerned expression, "No one can know about this, Miles. That's what trust means to me. It's all the creditability I have left at stake here." Glancing aside, Zeth closed his eyes, "If word of this gets out, then I'll be no use to anyone when they kick me out of the force."
((Note- this is why Zeth lives poor. He's actually one of the highest paid detectives on the force. His paranoia is an expensive hobby however.))
((Sorry- a part of me wants to jump ahead and go straight onto Zeth's information, but you might want to react to this GDM. He should know why Zeth is protective about his work, cause Miles will read between the lines on this one. Zeth is still doing illegal stuff, but it's for the benifit of the law. He has to be carefull how he uses his information. Oh, that, and Zeth would have a dossier on him ;) Ema, Apollo, and Klavier would have one too. Likely the Judge too. I didn't realise how character heavy Zeth is, sorry T.T He's so under the radar...
Anyways- you want me to create a PW worthy scandal for these characters? Or is there a direction you want the evidence going? :D I have a few ideas

"Perhaps I have an answer," Behind the Dark Phoenix, Erebus, his second in command loomed in the shadows- the glow of his green eyes the only light to see off his body, "For a small... meager price, I could summon you the Whispers of the shadows to spy on your people.... maybe even your minions." Letting out a cackle, The Dark Phoenix considered this tactic.
"Shadow walkers such as yourself?" Dark Phoenix laughed also, "Death eaters. They'll be perfect. Creatures that live off death roaming the shadows will keep the people indoors at night. What is your price?"
"Your first piece of the armour," Erebus replied darkly, "I will lock it away in the shadows. This will power the Wisps, and also protect the piece of armour, stopping the mortals from completing the armour."
"And also a piece of insurance against me?" Dark Phoenix replied with a dark grin, "I like your train of thought, Erebus. You want to keep me on my toes." Striding up to the shadow, Dark Phoenix suddenly threw his arms out, and swirled them around in a broad circle, forming dark flames up his arms as he walked. "Just remember," wiping his finger just inside the shadowed area, the shadow around where his flame now burnt seemed to whither away, "I will be keeping an eye on you personally, my Shadow walker."
Throwing Erebus the key to the volt with the piece of armour he already had, Dark Phoenix cackled loudly, turning off his flames. Erabus caught the key, and grinned darkly as his master, "I expect no less of you, Master."
With that, the shadow master disappeared into the night.

((Wisps for those curious, when they're not slicing you to pieces with their claws, they're essentially carnivorous, rabbit sized creatures that hut in packs and feed off death. They're quite fast too. They're from my novel, and essentially, they're like hyenas. The evil side use them as scouts, but when they go rogue, they're pack animals. They attack with claws on their 4 legs and their teeth. All you can see of them are their eyes. They make a whispering noise as they move in the forest.))
"That was the introduction scene for Dark Phoenix and Erebus," Phoenix nodded, "You'll need to advise Sal Monella that Zeth's character is made of shadow with glowing eyes."
"He also might jump to the good side," Zeth laughed, giving Phoenix a mocking glance, "If Phoenix's character isn't interesting enough, or the good guys try hard enoguh, Erebus will jump over to the good side. We placed a bet on about it yesterday,"

You need to do your introduction relatively soon, so we can incorporate your character with the rest. It doesn't have to be filmed in order, but we need to know what you are about." He jumped down from the crate and walked over to Ema. He reached his hand towards her. "Need a hand down?"

Ema's:
Ema sat on the end of her bed, her head nodding forwards as she threatened to fall back asleep again. She dragged herself upright and stretched, groaning at the though of another day at work with her annoying boss. She quickly dressed and fished out a new bag of snackoos from the kitchen cupboard before setting off to work, munching on her snackoos for a small breakfast.
Shelly's
Shelly sat on the mountain that over looked the town, she looked down on it
"This is the place," she told herself, "This is where I'll find the Golden Samurai's belt of power!"
She laughed at the thought of destruction, she then headed down the mountain,
"Now's the time, here's the place where I become the strongest!" She cried.
She then decided to activate her power, she released her weapon and caused havoc across the city - people ran. Inside their homes, under barrells and some in caves....
Shelly looked around, everytime she found a person - she pricked them with her weapon twice and then the poison would enter their body and kill them instantly.
Where is it!? Where is it hiding???
I don't know why Purple Angle used "Shelly" instead of "Ruby", but it was here scene. If I'm not mistaken, Ema's was her intro, and Shelly's was close to her intro. You just pretty much make stuff up! Stuff that go along with your character's side/personality/M.O., of course. Do you have a costume yet? I forget who was helping people with the costumes; either Larry or Sal, I think. No one is RPing those characters, so you can use them at your own will.))

Day 1:-
Zeth leaned back in his chair, grabbing his notes from the table as Phoenix grabbed a chair and sat beside Miles. He was interested to see how this panned out.
"Rocio Sanchez... that name cropped up a few times when I was still running from the Mafia." Zeth murmered, shuffling through his paperwork fast, before finding the file he was after. "May the 18th 2019, I was Bells lawyer for that battery case... you might remember, Wright?"
"Bell...Bell..." Phoenix pondered thoughtfully, "No, you're right. You managed to get my law firm alot of weird cases, and I remember that name poping up. I was wondering why it sounded so familier. Same guy, was it?"
"It was," Zeth grinned, "It's the only reason I have a dossier on him at all. I did background checks on all my clients I took on under you and Diego, Wright. To see if I'd give them a guilty or not guilty verdict."
"I know..." Phoenix glanced aside sarcastically, "I heard the stories from Godot. I was lucky that the clients you took weren't all thugs- un like for Godot's ones."
"Yeah, well..." Zeth rolled his eyes slightly, leaning on the table, "Bell is a walk over of a man. Strong as an ox, but pretty thick in the skull. That's why they all hired him. For his strength. The man was on meds like you wouldn't believe to control his anger issues though." ((I'm not sure. IT was never really discussed. I guess you test your powers straight away and do the 'Oh, how cool' spiel. Just remember that you need to summon the power for your magic. Like, Shelly would focus her needles to a point, The judge would fly by summoning air or something Dark Phoenix's is a little different since he's the bad guy and his powers are immortality and Phoenix flame, but Zeth's power is summoned from the shadows. As long as you do that, it'll fit in the world :) I think everyone gets their powers at once, cause they're 'destined' to be the heroes ;) Lol- I watch too much fantasy action stuff XD))

Apollo touched the piece of armor. "Woah, I... I can feel some power moving through me..." He conjured the energy from the minerals in the earth, ((Is that even possible?!)) and started to glow purple. ((I'm going to choose my power soon, but he gets energy from minerals in the earth. (If its possible) ))

Day 1:-
Zeth nodded, flicking the pages with the back of his hand. "I still wouldn't rule out Bell from the situation though, This one, Bell DID go alot more overboard than he normally does. Normally he does it in an area the girls can control the situation. This time, there was witnesses that saw it happen. What if this time, it didn't go quite to plans?"
"I think I see what you mean..." Phoenix butt in thoughtfully, "Bell was on drugs to calm his anger, but what would happen if he weren't on those drugs? Maybe his supply was cut... Or maybe his budget was?"
"It's all possibilities," Zeth frowned, leaning his arm against the table thoughtfully, "but none of this holds down in court without her body, and none of the other crimes hold out in court till you can prove their relevance to this case. In any case," Re opening his files, Zeth continued, "She wasn't framing the hit with her fake death as such. Her faked death was an excuse to get out when the game got too hot. She's date the man, and when things got tight, she'd assess the man's financial situation, and where his money was, then get her sister to devise a way of stealing it. She was the bait, and her sister was the fisherman. They'd steal as much money off the man till he figured out the plan, and Bell would be the escape route. Sorry- I pieced alot of that scenario together in my mind based off what I knew... there'll be holes in that theory... I'd have a better guess if I knew how many hits she got away with. I know of 3. I only know of those ones, cause they were hit digitally. One of my friends is a hacker, and he identified her style of hacking."
"This 'murder?'"Zeth continued, stroking his goatee thoughtfully, "It wasn't their usual style, infact, I don't even think she was hustling the man at all. She looked like she was leading a pretty normal life to me from what I found out about inside the house. That's why I couldn't report any of her history to you, Edgeworth. I think maybe she finally fell in love with her victim, and consequently, became one..." Glancing towards Edgeworth, Zeth gave an apologetic look, "Sorry, past here, my guess is as good as yours. I can't prove that Bell murdered her, Rocio's involvement to the crime, how they went about their crime, or if all of this is even involved. I haven't been able to try any other avenues... Oh, and," Darkeneing hi eyes, Zeth looked very serious all of a sudden, "You can't use ANYTHING I've said to you today in court till you can prove it BEFORE you get there."
"Sounds to me like Bell would be getting the correct verdict what ever happened," Phoenix mentioned thoughtfully, tapping his arm, "But the whole truth wouldn't be told in court. And Rocio would get away with the whole scandal scott free..." Narrowing his eyes, Phoenix's fists clenched. "We can't let this HAPPEN."
((Oh noes!! The scandal! Hey- is anyone reading this? tell me what you think if you are. I'm not back tracking much, so I might contradict myself XD ))

While I do realize the importance of finding the "truth", I need to fulfill my obligation to the state, namely by getting Bell a big, meaningful, Guilty sentence."

Gritting his teeth as his hands clung onto his records tightly, Zeth's face turned slightly red in frustration. "See? This is my problem. I don't have enough ties to follow through like I use to. It's so frustrating what a lack of power the police actually have over this country, and they don't even realise it." Rubbing his temples, Zeth slouched down in his chair and rested one of his ankles on his other leg, clawing his fingernails into his thigh as he tried to think. "Well, here's the thing, Bell isn't actually that guilty. The man is a Goliath, but sadly, when he's on narcotics he's actually much MORE sane than when he's not on them. You could get someone to test his narcotics level. That could prove if he was clear minded or not when he attacked- if he did."
"Didn't you already do that?" Phoenix asked curiously, getting a shifty eyed response.
"I did, and it came back positive for Starstruck, you know, that new drug on the market? I can't trust that result though," Zeth replied, relaxing his hold on his paperwork to a tight grip. "I got ahold of the same blood sample they used to test for narcotics, and found that it wasn't human DNA." Glancing up to Miles, Zeth had a dull expression, "It really makes me wonder when I see evidence like that, how many guilty verdicts you and others have given and not realized the truth." Suddenly cheering up, Zeth gave a shrug, "Before you ask though, I've already talked to that forensic about it. He's going to do a proper blood sample tomorrow morning. I'll make sure of it."
"You know what I think," Phoenix grinned, crossing his arms with a knowing expression, "I think that the answer is in Miss Sanchez's hand bag. We know definitely that Bell wanted to take it off her. What was it that he was trying to get? Did you take the bag in as evidence?"
((*cue- stabbing dark now. Can we solve this in one sitting?

"Sure, we can do our scene," Phoenix replied, finishing off the last of his grape juice, "give us a bit to get in our costumes, Maya," Turning to Maya, Phoenix motioned her to follow, "Our scene is up next!"
