It's Trucy's,but heavily edited.
...well,not heavily,but color changed,spliced a bit here and there,cut off some extra stuff,recolor'd,then made to look like a shawl instead of a cape.

You probably need to ask the creators. BruDude and Volty didn't make these sprites. They just animated someone else's.
