"...Huh?", Steel unconsciously said inmediately when he woke up. He sat, and slowly opened his eyes, while rubbing them.
"What... Who...?"
His vision changed from blurry to clear, and he saw Exo, stealthily entering the room.
"Exo, hi! Nice to see you!", he said. He then looked through the window, and saw all the zombies lying there, inert.
"Oh, I missed the entire battle. What a pity, it would have been the first time I saw Aria fighting since she disappeared."
He saw Exo's expression. It was weird, he couldn't make heads or tails of it. Was she... nervous? Sad? Confused? Yes, confused, that must have been it.
"Exo, something wrong? You look... weird."

But I have to. If Dies joins us, he has to know he's not our enemy. And even if the man doesn't join, Steel should be aware anyway. I can't keep anything that important from him.
Exo told him everything. How Aria left with Dies just before they were about to fight, how Aria attacked her, how Dies suddenly regretted everything he did, how he was trying to become a good guy, how they managed to kill off all the zombies, everything...Except for the part where Exo shouted she loved Dies in order to distract him. She wasn't sure Steel would understand that she wasn't serious when she said that. And...Well, even she wasn't sure why that would be bad, but she just got the feeling that she would greatly upset Steel if she did that. Besides, it wasn't really important at all, right?

Ophelia had left, he had thought it would be for the Legions. According to what Exo told him earlier, she had left to find her parents, so she probably thought they would help her with that.
He was surprised by Jacob being Zarran's brother, and confused about why they called Jacob as Xavil. He had realised Ja- Xavil and Zarran had some sort of relationship, but brotherhood was really surprising.
Everything was understandable. Until...
No, it couldn't be possible. It was true (After all, why would Exo lie to him about something like that?), but...
Dies was joining the Resistance?
Dies, the psychic, who had attempted to make Exo kill him (Steel) while he was unconscious?
That filthy coward?!?, he thought. He is probably still inside Aria's mind, making her believe he is her brother!!!
He almost stood up when he heard it, but he let Exo go on speaking.
Once she finished, Steel finally spoke.
"Exo... You do remember he tried to make you kill me, don't you? He could very well be taking advantage of Aria's memory loss!"

Our trip there showed me that a lot needs to be done to fix the crime problem. The problem that I helped to fuel. I need to go back and do time for what I've done. But if your lot ever wants me to help out, I will be willing to aid in whatever way I can." Then Dies remembered that he didn't have any means of transport. "Umm, do you have something that I can use to travel?"
