"Yes, I did indeed. There was a relatively significant difference between these two, at least for twins." Miles took out the photos again. "It seems that the twin with a vision problem was Rocio. She is wearing glasses in this photo taken, and I'd imagine that it would not be too hard to contact the coroner, and like you said, check her le-" Miles paused, realizing something. "Zeth, you said that the victim wore glasses, correct? That means that Rocio is our victim. Not Marie." Miles put his hand on scrunched eye brows. He mumbled to himself. "How am I supposed to explain that in court?"
((Is Zeth on the phone or not?))
"Wright. There is a computer that I couldn't care less about in the den. If you want, you and Zeth may go investigate the contents of the USB drive there. I figure that, if there is a virus, it would not matter, as I plan to dispose of it soon. The den is down this hall, first door on your left. The username is ' Miles ' and the password is ' Gregory ' " Miles pointed to said hallway.


Klavier Gavin

"Sie sind, Zeth willkommen." Klavier smiled. Seeing Zeth, Phoenix, and Maya head to the stage, he stood up, yet again, adjusted his jacket and sat back down. "Achtung! When ever you all are ready."
Klavier turned his head towards Anthony. "After this scene, whoever is ready may go. If that is you, then so be it." He couldn't turn his head away from Anthony quick enough as he looked back at the stage.
((@Anthony: Remember: whatever you do to Klavier, except treat him with the upmost respect, will not be well-received, owing to the incident earlier this morning. Just a reminder. He can have quite a temper, especially when it affects him. (i.e. Daryan's missed cue, 4-3) ))

Day 1:-

"No, I said it was a possibility that she wore glasses," Zeth replied to Miles' assumption, tapping his cell phone to his forehead, "If our victim wore glasses however, that still doesn't really prove it's Rocio or Marie yet. If the victim DOESN'T wear glasses however..." Zeth chuckled, tapping his nose a few times cheekily, "then that means that BOTH girls were on the scene, and the last one standing must be involved in some way at committing murder."

"Unless the injuries on Bell are cause one sister was defending the other sister," Phoenix supplied, "Bell still could have malevolent intent."

"Wright." Miles started, "There is a computer that I couldn't care less about in the den. If you want, you and Zeth may go investigate the contents of the USB drive there. I figure that, if there is a virus, it would not matter, as I plan to dispose of it soon. The den is down this hall, first door on your left. The username is ' Miles ' and the password is ' Gregory ' "

"Zeth has a Bounty Hunter to call," Phoenix grinned, offering his hand to Miles, "You can help me out yourself though. I might spell Gregory wrong."

"Heh," Zeth laughed, covering his eyes as he tried to block out the mental imaging he was getting of Miles and Phoenix 'investigating' in the room down the hall, "Take your time you two."

((Lol- Phoenix's attention span must be short. He's a Magpie without Maya's kleptomaniac fingers to get there first ^^ ))

((My original thought was that one of the girls may be wearing the usb necklace in the picture, but that doesn't prove much either I guess.))

Day 2:-

((Anthony, if you're bored, then go DO something. Seriously. I've tried to give your character some story line stuff to do and you've brushed it off by ignoring it all. I don't have a clue what I could supply to this storyline that'd interest you till your character brings out some more personality. How about you interact with some of the characters? Get people working on scenes? I donno. You can bring the financial director on if you want a real asshole on the scene.))

**Cue- insert scene that introduces the evil party and Maya's character. You dont' want me to fully RP that scene, do you? XD My original description should be enough **

Trucy was rifling through her magic panties absentmindedly as she tried to come up with what her character would do next. Then, she felt something she never did before. She pulled out a card with a peculiar shell drawn on it. On that shell was a drawing of Phoenix's face. "Nick" it read on the bottom.
"Daddy? Is this you?" Trucy asked Phoenix. "And...Who drew this?" How did that wind up in my panties?

Phoenix began pealing off the easily removable parts of his heavy costume, as Trucy bounded up to him with her panties held high above her head

"Daddy? Is this you?" Trucy asked Phoenix. "And...Who drew this?" Phoenix paused, brushing his now slightly sweaty hair back as he accepted the card from Trucy. Looking at the card in bewilderment, Phoenix held it up to the light and smiled.

"Good spotting, Trucy. Yeah... Maya drew this picture back when I was still a lawyer. She was..." Pausing his train of thought as he flipped over the card, a vision of Matt Engard's butler came to his mind in a flash. Frowning as the memories of the case came flooding back, Phoenix's eyes glazed over. That case- I thought that he was going to kill Maya... He nearly did... if we hadn't managed to talk him out of protecting that monster... Glancing around him, Phoenix narrowed his eyes, I hope the feuds that we're having in this production wont be like the feud those two had. Murder... with an assassin... Glancing towards Zeth stealing a swig of grape juice out of his bottle, Phoenix continued to ponder. I bet Zeth knows more assassins than I have fingers. He may've even meet Shelly De Killer himself. I wonder if he has. Turning back to Trucy watchin his ponder in interest, Phoenix smiled, "She was doodling at the time. How did you find that?"

Anthony's scene.
Anthony touches the golden belt as he felt a tingle in his body as his right arm took on a form as it looked like metal arm with three fins on his back, but the three fins on his back dissappered as 3 new fins appeared on his right-sided face as his right arm took on a new metal arm form. "What the..." Before he could say anything else a golden aura was surronding his body as he took on the form of an metal-humanoid lion. "What the.... It seems I got three forms." He said as he reverted to his normal form.

It's not a lie. He was posing as a butler, but I don't want to upset Trucy with a story on an assassin. Hopefully the clean version of the truth is enough to sedate her curiosity.

"Sehr gut, you all. Sehr gut. And I'll send a message to Sal telling him about Herr Gant's costume. That should take care of that..." Klavier wrote himself a note on his clipboard. "Herr Anthony, your scene, bitte!"

*Anthony does his scene*

He played with his bangs. " 'Metal-humanoid lion?' Um... ok. Whatever you want, I guess."

Klavier cupped his hand around his mouth. "Next!!"

Miles Edgeworth

Miles gave Zeth a sarcastic smile. "Let's go, Wright." He took Phoenix's hand and stood up. He headed over to his den, USB in-hand. "There it is." Miles pointed to a desktop computer sitting on top of a dark brown roll-top desk. After dragging a second chair over to the desk, He typed in his username and password and sat down. He inserted the USB drive to examine it's contents. "Hmm. Whichever sister owned this UBS drive has a folder entitled "David Bell". Miles clicked on the folder, opening yet another window. "While we're at it, we should probably check for hidden files, as well."

((I've read in several places that it is possible to hide files/folders on USB drives. We can just make up how to get to them if we want. Or, there can be none.))

He walks off but due to the events actually happened his right eye was shut and his arm was in pain but nobody could tell that it was so he put an eye patch over his right eye. just for the heck of it but in truth it was because his right eye was shut. Because nobody knew that Anthony is actually gifted with ACTUAL powers.

Day 1

Scooting his chair behind Miles, Phoenix sat down in his seat, and peered over his shoulder as he wrapped his arms around Miles loosely as he grumbled, "You're running VISTA on this thing? No wonder you got rid of this computer..."(lol- Vista would be ANCIENT by the time AJ rocks around XD ). Watching Miles double click the USB folder open, a password box popped up on the screen, with a sprite of an anime character smoking in the right hand corner.

"It wants a password?" Phoenix asked rhetorically, tapping the top of Miles mouse hand with his fingers as if he was using the mouse instead. "They saw us coming. I wonder what the password is? Try something."

"Hmm. How about we try the sisters' first names. One at a time, of course." Miles typed in "Rocio" and pressed enter.
Password Denied.
"Let's try Marie." Miles typed in "Marie" and hit enter.

"Well, what about Sanchez?" He typed in "Sanchez".
Password Denied.

Miles let out a sigh. "This could go on for ever. What else?" Miles put leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms.

Ema winced at Klavier's shouting.

"Do you really have to shout? You should know I didn't get a very comfortable sleep last night."

She glowered at him, digging out her snackoos.

Day 1:-

"Hrmmm...." Phoenix hummed softly, withdrawing his hand back to holding onto Miles again, "Those are all too simple. Too easy. One of these two girls was a hacker, so they'd use a password with numbers and letters, but the other wasn't a hacker, so it'd have to be a logical password... Maybe a significant date?""

"Or something simpler than that,"

Jolting in surprise, Phoenix turned towards the voice- Zeth scooting up to the computer quickly, "It's a pandora's box code. One of Bebops creations. We probably have 10 seconds now to deactivate the virus it's about to infect itself with."

Yanking out the usb drive, Zeth pried open the back of the USB drive and pushed an area on the drive. Letting out a sigh of relief, Zeth grinned, handing the usb drive back to Miles, "Bebop is an AWESOME programmer and hacker. He made those USB drives to look like anything, and if you access the secured file in them without deactivating it first, then it'll wipe the usb clean. It'll also wipe the computer attached to it clean if it's plugged in. That's why it has the password as a distraction. It's why I haven't investigated it yet. Sorry, I forgot for a moment that it would do that." Tapping his watch, Zeth shrugged. "You should be good for accessing that file for 10 minutes. Don't save it to the hard drive cause it'll activate Pandora. IT should be virus and password free besides that now though."

Giving them a wave as he left the room, Zeth pulled out his cell phone, "I'll give Bebop a ring about this card."

((OMG- Zeth the Deux ex machina.... I hope this is the only time I need to do that XD I was in a bit of a spot coming up with a better plan ^^; ))

Lol- don't worry, I got caugh out much worse. Those that know Death note or Avatar fanart would know Go Devil Dante on Deviantart. I've been friends with GDD fo 3 years now and JUST found out they live not only in NZ, but in the same CITY as me, and it took another year to find out if they were a girl or boy, one or two people!! GDD wont let me announce what they are, but damn it... talk about pulling HAIR out of my head ^^;

"So we have 10 minutes to do what we need to do, right? Let's get started." Miles looked at the time.

10 minutes isn't that long. We had better not waste a moment.

He inserted the USB drive and opened it's window. "Where to first?"

Day 1-

((Translations would be nice. It's one less step for me to do, and online translation isn't too reliable. :D ))

"Well, you have as long as you like," Zeth responded as he stopped at the door, "You just need to pull it out and get me to disarm it every 9 minutes. It's a slow process, but atleast the information isn't lost. And the technology is a good 5 years old now, just so you know. It's black market only." Giving them a wave, Zeth scooted down the hall back to the lounge to call the mysterious 'Bebop'.

"Where to first?" Miles asked Phoenix, who was limping over his shoulder once more. Setting his watch to 8 minutes, Phoenix started a timer.

"I'll time it for 8 minutes, that way, we don't have to panic when getting Zeth to unlock it." Giving Miles a brief squeeze with his left arm, Phoenix rested his right hand on Miles, and began moving the mouse over to the folder 'David Bell' and opened it. "Oh- look at this..."

Selecting a folder, labelled 'Hack, Phoenix double clicked on it, popping up with a list of executable files for what looked like most of the secure sites on the internet. Hack programs for finding passwords and user names. Account numbers. And a file at the end named 'Exported data'. "Looks like our information that was stolen would be here."

Anthony goes over to Klavier and pats him on the shoulder. "You really gotta say things in English for me to understand. Its very hard due to the fact I cannot speak German. I do speak Italian though." He said.

Miles stared wide-eyed at the screen. He mumbled to himself. "I'm very glad that I never went into computers."

"Looks like our information that was stolen would be here." Phoenix told him. Miles jumped subtly, finally getting over his 'computer shock'. ((Poor Miles. I guess he isn't that great with technology.))

"Ah, yes, very well, let's look at the data they exported." Miles moved both his and Phoenix's hand to the file. He clicked it. "How much time do we have left?" He rested his head on top of Phoenix's.

((I guess speaking Germish (GER + ENG) is a habit that Klavier won't be breaking soon. lol))

((Translation: As for me, I do not.This was Italian. I figured that Klavier would probably know how to say at least that phrase, due to the fact that he ''travels the world'' in a sense with all the tours. He knew a little Borginian, too, so why not Italian? That's all he'll speak, though. I felt a need to clarify because I said that all he'd be speaking is Germish (<--lol, my new word), and, well, I kinda threw some Italian in there for ya.))

((And, JSYK, I can speak with contractions/more proper English. I just noticed during the game that Klavier didn't use very many contractions, so I try not to include any in my RPing of him. So the sentence, "What is this with the eye patch you are wearing?" would be said by any other normal person (including myself) as "What's with the eye patch you have?"))

((Zeth mostly just knows english, but he knows a little German cause on of his prosecutor friends is German, so he's use to Klavier throwing out the odd non English word. He said Thank you to Klavier in German cause he felt it'd have more impact saying thank you in his language than in English :) When Klavier did that full sentence in German, he would've been hoping that it was something positive and hiding that he didn't get it XD ))

((Um- I do alot of writing- like... I've been writing since I was 5, and most of my characters are males, so I feel FAR more comfortable Rping a male than a female ^^; I also hang out with alot of men. Just cause I do that though, doesn't make me not a female ;)



I am missing having my hair died brown, and the green vest. I'd also find out that I can't wear contacts at a con for more than 2 hours without major vertigo T.T Sigh))

Day 1

Phoenix murmured an affirmation about Miles' statement, double clicking on the file, "Don't worry about the time spent doing this. My watch's timer will tell us when we need to pull it out in plenty of time." opening the folder, a notepad application opened with the words, "Rocio, if you are reading this now, then I have failed you. You know how that lunatic David Bell has been watching over me in the last few cases? How he was trying to convince me to leave you, and run off with the money with him? I of corse have always turned him down, but I fear that this may be my last job. If we never see each other again, then I have no regrets bout this last case. At the bottom of this document is my account number so you can have may share of the money. Please use it to have David Bell finally taken care of. -Marie"

Pausing for a moment as he finished reading the farewell note, Phoenix's watch beeped to say that the 8 minutes was up. Removing the USB from the hard drive, and closing notepad, Phoenix stared at the screen, his hand still on Miles'

"Well," Phoenix breathed, tightening his hold on Miles, "we now know what job belonged to what sister for sure. Marie was definitely Zeth's 'lady in red', and we have a motive for murder. We still don't know which sister was murdered. Was it Marie fleeing for her life from David Bell? Or was it Rocio, for defending her sister's life?" Smiling to himself, Phoenix removed his hand from on top of Miles', and stroking it down the length of his forearm, to where his elbow touched his waist. Slipping his hand under Miles' elbow, Phoenix wrapped his other arm around Miles, "You know what, Miles? This not only proves that David Bell had motive to sanely kill one of the two girls, but it also proves that the two girls were involved hijacking money from rich entrepreneurs all over the country. We can find her through that bank account number." Pausing for a moment, Phoenix laughed cheekily, "Or the two of us could run off to a remote island with the money, and live together in our secluded condo. I could give you lots of massages then,"

((Lol. Hopefull Miles wont take Phoenix too seriously with that last comment. He'd sound like he's joking around.))

((OK- I'm going to announce this to the world, cause everyone should know. My character Zeth laps up sarcasm for breakfast, but I DON'T. If you want to make a statement to me, make sure you mean it. I can take a joke, but these are some truths about me IRL-

1- I don't EVER lie. White lies to me are the worst, and I always get caught out. I don't have a poker face. I don't give it, and I DEFINITELY don't take it well.
2- I only ever act meanly to someone if they deserve it. I don't hold grudges at anyone, nor do I hate anyone. I just lose respect for them.
3- I've been a writer for a VERY long time, so I isolate my character's personalities from my own. I won't take anyone's in-character stuff seriously to the IRL person. If you're mean to me as a character, I'll assume you can roleplay and assume that you don't hate me irl. Thus, I expect everything that I do in character to be COMPLETELY un biased to how a person feels about me. Zeth is the cynical side of me that I don't let come out, cause I chose not to listen to it. The only common traits that he and I share is that we both wear glasses, and that we both have a high sense of honour and trust. Other than that, he's everything I hate- Especially his gambling side. I can't stand gambling. Thus, I expect most people would hate him to some degree. I'm fine with that! I added him to this RP for more drama!

Please people. I am a VERY self critical person, and I like to keep the out of character verbal abuse to outside the forum. If you feel the need to tell someone how you feel, the PM system is there for a REASON. Please make use of it.))

Now, one little thing about me: I absolutely hate it when people are angry around me, and when they're sad, I get sad, too. In fact, most of the time I can barely hold back the tears.

Oh, and I never try to be mean to anyone unprovoked. Though I tease people sometimes, I usually won't mean it unless someone does something REALLY bad. The only way to offend me to the point where I'll actually insult you and mean it is to personally insult me (which I can let slide most of the time) or my brother, sister, or mom (in those cases, I will get even more upset than anything anyone ever could say about me.)

Miles chuckled to himself. That would be nice. I probably shouldn't mention I already own an island condo..... or maybe I should? ((lol. With his salary, I wouldn't be surprised if he owned three of them.))

"You know, something tells me that we need to talk to Bell. He may be able to give us even more information. You'd know better than I the detention center's visitor's hours. After Zeth is finished with Bebop, we may want to think about heading over there. With a copy of the farewell note, of course. What do you think? He probably be able to confirm some of the facts for us, and, because we have some information, we would be able to tell if he was fibbing." Miles smiled, feeling quite proud of himself for thinking of it.

I'm pretty sure he was only kidding around, but my opinion of him isn't that awesome anymore, either. It takes guts to post a picture of yourself online, and...Well...It's one of those things where you absolutely DO NOT want to make fun of someone, since everyone's self-conscious on how they look to an extent. Meanwhile.....

Marissa wakes up and let out a yawn and then looks at the clock. "Oh no! I'm Late!" With quick paste she took a shower, combed her hair, brushed her teeth, got dressed, and was about to leave the house but forgot that she doesn't know how to get there so she got out her cell phone and calls Anthony's cell phone.

Back at the Stadium.....
Anthony's cell phone began to go off as "Rumor Has It" By Clay Walker was the ringtone. "Hello?"
"Anthony can you pick me up?"
"Marissa? Um Sure, I'll be there. Just get your costume and I'l l be over in a quicky."
"Bye."
"Bye." With that they both hanged up.
"I'm gonna go and pick Marissa up, be back soon." With that he elft the Stadium going into his car leaving Bella at the Stadium as he goes to pick Marissa up.

Bella now at the stadium without Anthony continues chasing her tail around but then lays down and falls asleep.

((Anthony- that had nothing to do with me having respect or not. Zeth thinks your character is a jerk, but Zeth thinks pretty lowly of alot of people. He's a cynical, paranoid man that grew up in a world where you could trust no one. Your in-character stuff hasn't fazed my opinion of you at all. As I said, I write alot, so I can separate me as a person from my characters I play. Your comment about my cosplay was OUT of character, and it was directed at me as a person, and it was rude. Essentially, my point is, I could've looked like an old hag with teeth poking out in the wrong direction- the point of the pic wasn't to be critiqued upon, it was to show you that I am a female, and what I looked like cause you thought I was a man (a gay man? XD ). I thought my Ema cosplay was the most relevant pic of me I could find (Specially since my Feenie cosplay was so budget looking XD It got alot of attention though)))

((Thanks :) I was told I look alot like her, and she's my age too, so I tried out cosplaying her. It was quite cool, except that there's like... 3 PW cosplayers in NZ ^^; I had me, Hobo Phoenix, and Maya screaming about the con. Oh wait- we had a Gumshoe too- he wasn't around much though... 4 cosplayers :) I'm going for a Where's Wally mass cosplay for the next one in October. I have a HEAP of participants for that. It's gonna be EPIC. I'm going as Wanda- a cosplay I can wear glasses for- YAY!))

Day 1

Phoenix gave Miles a suspicious look, as Miles seemed to hold a personal joke about Phoenix and him running off with the money. ((actually- I wouldn't be surprised if Miles had a condo on an island somewhere, but I don't think he's THAT rich. Or maybe he's in the stock markets and does prosecuting for Lols? XD ))What was THAT sneeky little laugh about? Grinning as he seemed to have lightened the air of the situation around him atleast, Phoenix grinned,

"I think we do too," Phoenix started, scooting to his feet, and swinging his leg around so he could sit on Miles' lap, facing him (I assume his chair doesn't have arm rests for now ^^; ), "but we need a battle plan before we do that. Remember what the farewell note said? He's in love with Marie- enough to kill. You can't hop into an interview on that premise without some cold hard facts. We need something more solid than a note before we can bombard him with questions. So, how about we play it this way." Craddling Miles' jaw with his hands, Phoenix gazed into Miles' cool grey eyes for a moment and leaned foreward. Giving Miles a soft kiss on his lips, holding his lips there for a moment, Phoenix reluctantly withdrew his lips from Miles', before leaning back once more, "You're David Bell, and I am Marie Sanchez." Phoenix started softly, "I'm about to quit out of the game that provides you with the drugs that allow you to feel feelings for me, and there's only two things standing in your way of living your life with me. Money, and Rocio. What do you do?"

((Side note with this GDM- Marie didn't steal the passwords from her last client, and Bell likely doesn't know this. Bell is also using illegal drug to control his anger. We haven't specified how these drugs work, so if you want to make something up, then go for it :) And if Miles feels the need to get deeper in character then well... Keep it PG13 XD CLOTHES ON NAUGHTY MAN!! XD ))

Mean while, Zeth is finishing up his phone call with Bebop. Glancign at his watch, Zeth's eyes widen in fright, glancing towards the hall.
"It's been 13 minutes!! If those two haven't pulled that USB drive out of the computer then..." Dashing off towards the corridor towards the computer room, Zeth closed off the call, ready to give them the info they needed on the security card.

((Lol- make the scene nice and interesting for Zeth to bust in on, hon XD I wanna see Zeth squirm ))

Day 2

"Trucy! You're doing your scene next?" Phoenix called as Trucy scooted past to ready her scene. Trucy was too busy scooting to reply, so Phoenix decided to follow on behind and watch her scene, "You coming, Zeth?" Phoenix called, motioning Zeth to follow. Zeth, who was deeply engrossed in his cell phone gave Phoenix a wave to say no.

"Just chasing up a few loose ends on the Bell versus Sanchez case for Miles. By the way..." Glancing up at Phoenix, Zeth gave him a curious look, "Did Miles mention who Bell's lawyer was? I hope it's not Apollo. That could get messy with this show... I've seen you bugging Gumshoe with a stick for information. If Apollo is the lawyer then..."

((OMG- this just occurred to me- I SWEAR. Is Wulfy424 still around? If so, this would be an EPIC drama plot device to work on in behind the scenes. How many people in one production can be part of one court case. This is SO ACE ATTORNEY!! Damn it- this rocks. Who has been following GDM and my RP on the Bell versus Sanshez case? There is still TONES of loop holes ready to be tied off - it's ANYONE'S campaign. Who wants to be involved? Remember, you have to give a REASON to be involved. So far, Miles Edgeworth is the prosecutor, Zeth Gant is the detective... or one of the detectives, and David Bell is the defendant. Lets so do this!! XD ))
