"Of corse," Zeth replied simply, flicking the security card looking device upright in his middle and forefinger, "Bebop nearly had a hernia when he found out who this card belonged to. Get this," Leaning closer to Miles, Zeth adopted a cheeky grin, “Turns out our professional Gold digger had a night time job at the Kitty Kat Klub. Bebop was REALLY bummed the other night when she wasn’t there for her show.”
“Marie was a stripper?” Phoenix bleated, leaning closer to the action, “So she used her real name for some things?”
“Gotta assume so, why would she use her sister's name?” Zeth nodded, handing Miles the card, “Go on. You can leave your thumb print all over this piece of evidence if you want. It was cleared of fingerprints as soon as we found it. She either cleaned it after using it, or she always wore gloves with it. I suggest we flick her picture to the Kat Klub to confirm that our Jane Doe really IS Marie, but it certainly looks like it from this angle."

((BTW- if you want to play out assistant for the case, it's cool, but I don't want you to tread on Wulfy's toes unless he says he doesn't want to be Apollo anymore- k? :) Otherwise, you could summon an OC lawyer onto the scene ^^ Maybe they're stalking Zeth for information like Phoenix use to XD Lol. Breaking out into a laugh, Zeth formed his hand into a finger gun, and 'shot' Miles with it, grinning, "Bebop could- he's a regular there, but he's not gonna let the cat out of the bag who he really is. I'm sure he could introduce us to a few other of this personal favorites... Not that the guy could score with any of them with his monitor tan," Laughing once more, Zeth brushed his two tone hair back, "By the way, did you pick up on who the crazy is, that is taking you on in court? Any word on if it's Wright's megaphone or not?"
((Wulfy has pretty much said he cool, but he wants me to lay out the info on it. Is anyone else besides Trucy want in on the scandal? I'll tell you how much your character knows))

((Have fun you guys! And the rest of you, I know there are a few people going 'What do I do now?'- I can't push the game forward for everyone, so I'll appreciate, and fully back ANYONE that comes up with a subplot that the rest can join in with. Remember, we have Sal Monella on special effects, and the angry financial manager Hei Yuu that can be utilised to benefit. IF you want Hei Yuu to turn up and lay some pressure feel free to RP them :) As I said before- I have a con coming up, so my mind space is split up a bit atm... Some back up is MUCH appreciated, even if it needs expanding on.))
Day 2-
Laughing at Trucy's comment, Phoenix noticed how relaxed she was now that she had an excuse to leave the conversation. Poor Trucy, I hope this doesn't upset her with how neglectful I am to get a mother for her... Looking at Trucy tenderly, he flicked out his locket, and held onto it for a moment, She's so strong- even after all she's been through, she still smiles and has fun. She'd make her mother proud. His eye glazed as he cuddled her to his side slowly striding towards the rest of the group. What would she say if I told her about Miles and myself? I know she'd be happy for me, but would a little light die off in her eyes, knowing that she'll have to be without a Mommy from then on? Or should I keep it quiet, and make her think that someday, I'll find her the perfect Mother... Frowning slightly, he hated to disappoint Trucy. Besides Miles, Trucy was the gold light that still remained in his life. The one thing left that he could still be proud of.
"So, Trucy," Phoenix started, focusing back on his daughter, "Did Apollo meantion anything about getting a case on a man named David Bell?"

"Yeah! Polly and I are working on it," Trucy replied excitedly. "It's kind of...Interesting. He loved the woman he supposedly killed. ...But I think even Polly is doubting his innocence...Hm? Daddy, I get the feeling that something else is on your mind." That look he gave her. Did he...Know that she knew of his relationship? She didn't tell him she knew...For some reason, Trucy just felt like she wanted to hear Phoenix tell her himself. At first, she thought his relationship was a little crazy, but she accepted it the very day she found out.
It doesn't matter what gender the other person is, she had decided. Mr. Edgeworth seems like a decent enough guy. Besides, having two dads sounds kinda neat. They could both spoil me. The idea excited her in time. She just wondered when "Daddy" would tell her.

((Please don't dictate what should be canon in this universe Anthony. Noone stated that Marrisa was Miles' daughter, NOR did they state that Fran was in a relationship with him or whatever. I asked GDM first before I played this type of relationship with the two characters- it's a mutal agreement. For this RP, that is now considered canon. It's fine impressing on a character that they know them already, and for 'these reasons', like I have with Zeth cause it doesn't change how a character lives- just their opinion on my character. To add another element to the story now like a completely different relationship AND a daughter, it'd make ALL of the Phoenix x Miles RP we have done void. Besides- who is playing Fran? Since there's no Fran, I'm more likely to side with adopted daughter, or cousin. You can't just shaft a developed character relationship JUST cause you don't like it. If Minter had agreed with GDM originally about Marrisa being Miles' daughter from the beginning I wouldn't have gone in the romantic direction at all.))
((BTW- this forum post is a note to Anthony AND everyone else- if you wish to make a relationship with someone, ASK first. It might make the other person uncomfortable, and make the RP un-enjoyable for them. This RP is for everyone's enjoyment :) Anthony- if you have any other questions, please note me. ((And as far as my feelings on the pairing of MilesxFranziska, I consider them to be more brother/sister than boyfriend/girlfriend. That's not the only reason, however, I don't want that pairing entering into here. If Miles was not already with Phoenix, then I'd be OK with Franziska being Marissa's mother. Despite such reasoning on my end, that is not the case here.))

Day 1
Zeth burst out into laughter, as Phoenix's face turned bright red. Not being able to stop himself for a good 30 seconds, Zeth finally managed to calm his humour down to a loud clap, before turning to Phoenix, forming his hand into a 'gun', and shooting it towards Phoenix's foot.
"That, Wrighto, is called shooting yourself in the foot." Zeth grinned, blowing the 'smoke' off his 'gun' cheekily, "So Wright Talent Agencies is going to get their first black mark against their name in court? Maybe Polly might want to pass this case up. With Miles in behind the bench and all the evidence we have, it might be abit much for a rookie attorney."
"Apollo isn't a rookie," Phoenix snapped back with a red face, pausing as he said that, "Well, he IS a rookie still I guess, but he has alot of talent. I put my full trust in his ability to win this case. I..." Glancing at Miles, Phoenix somehow managed to turn an even deeper shade of red, as a picture of his younger years where he stood in court against this man popped into his mind's eye. His fire to defeat his opponent in court to bring the correct justice to his client. And really, who could blame David Bell? Love was such a powerful thing.
Except, he now didn't know if he was on Apollo's side, or Miles side with this one. Of corse he wanted Apollo to win, but that look in Miles' eyes. There was no way he could help Apollo out on this one without angering Miles.
Dipping his head, Phoenix took a step upto Miles, and up to his ear, and continued softly, "I'm sorry, Miles. Apollo Justice is part of my company. If I had known he had taken the case on, I'd..." Pausing his train of thought as he clung onto Miles' shirt tightly, Phoenix bit his lip, "I would've still helped you out, but Apollo..."

((I don't think there'd be alot that you'd know just yet. You believe that the victim is Marie Sanchez (This is actually confirmed, but as of day 1 when you would've gotten the case, it was unconfirmed), and the accused is David Bell. It is said that David Bell assulted Marie Sanchez to near death, and left her to die in an alleyway, taking her hand bag.
