it all stops in a couple of comics, but I have not just done it for Hotti or Hickfield, all the clothes going missing will make sense eventually, just you see

Well, you've officially lost me. I know absolutely NOTHING about the case. All I can really understand is that Franziska seems to have been arrested, everybody is topless because of a theif, and that's about all I know.

Actually, I wonder why they even introduced them. Or why they got rid of them circa AJ.

...It really doesn't seem to be any different from regular penalties. (Except you can get a ton as long as your opponent does, too.)
