Once Celga gets my copy I'd be willing to. ^_^ It might take a while though. I have to wait for Celga to receive it from e-Capcom, and then tell them to ship it to me.

I'd like to point out there there is a torrent going round called "gyakuten Saiban Kenji OST". Do not download it! It does not contain the real OST. It actually contains the rips by Bolt!

i see. what's the diffrence between rips from the game and fro the official ost disc? cause i downloaded the ost of every other AA game but am no doubting if they are realy from the ost discs and not rips from the game. how do i recognize the difference?

When crouton gets the OST for us, you'll be able to compare. ;) The OST is not a rip. I'll explain...

The music in any video game is made on a PC by a composer before it's placed in the game. That means that there are two versions of the music: the high quality version on the PC and the compressed (i.e. low quality) version in the game.

The music from the OSTs comes from the PC and is therefore of the highest quality.

meant the ost of phoeni wright ace attorney, phoenix wright justice for all, phenix wright trials and tribulations and apollo justice ace attorney. not gyakuten kenji. i think i have downloaded the ost versions.

Objection... I was the one that made that article and I know what I'm talking about. Don't you agree.

I'll explain:

Capcom made GS1, GS2 and GS3 and released them all on the GBA. Then, on the 31st of March, they released the OSTs for all of them. After that, Capcom made GSYG (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) for the DS, so they released the OST for it and released them worldwide.

OH! bt that still means there is an ost for JFA and T&T! it's just the ost fot the gba versions. i never knew you were talking about the bga versions. i thought the ost's were for the ds versions. it does't say in the artikle that the ost's are fo the ds versions. but in that case, i do have the ost's. w00t

Yeah, I left a comment on the mininova page for that torrent. Doesn't seem anyone's seeding it anyways.

It's a shame #gamemp3s is less active these days, they had the GS4 OST up right away in 2007. :shoe:

Just because our methods for ripping aren't perfect doesn't mean the music itself is. And just because the game music has a much lower size in-game doesn't mean it's lower quality, it just uses a format that's about a million times smaller.

Hi everybody,

I've been thinking whether to ask or not but since waiting gets longer and longer...Among those rips, which are available(THANKS for them BoltStorm) I couldn't find the music, which can be found in the official US trailer. The logic and guile is heard and persuit-cornered just played by piano but those cool piano+guitar recordings are absent. Also, the grim harmonica beginning seems to be missing. So, my question basically is - those songs aren't appearing in the game itself? I couldn't find the tracklisting for the OST(plus the names wouldn't tell me anything anyway, probably), so I also don't know if they are on the soundtrack. If anyone has some info about this case - I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance

Well, from what I understand, BoltStorm's rips--while magnificent and very generous--were not the complete soundtrack, neither in-game nor according to the OST. I don't know the pieces of which you speak offhand, but I daresay that the same thematic material will reappear once we get a rip of the OST. ;)

Anyone know any sites selling it to the US aside from using a dispatch service? (That's what I *thought* this thread would be about.) Play-Asia/YesAsia have the older soundtracks, but not this one.
