I can figure out how to do it if it's just the sprites, but I don't know how to add the backgrounds. ^^ I mean, I could but then the sprites would no longer be animated. >_>

If you use Flash, then you'll have to ask someone else as I possess no knowledge of Flash whatsoever...

but it's much easier to make the pictures (or w/e you want to call them) in that. plus, GIMP is free.
