In PW, various times, I've figured something out already that ultimately solves a huge question, (Sometimes, the case,) but obviously you have to play through Wright's and Apollo's way of figuring it out, and it KILLS you that you know what to do already. My other example is things in videogames your character can NOT move onto or near when it would be perfectly easy for you to CLIMB over it in real life.
So, out of curiosity, what other games does this occur on for you?

Also in brawl, how come when you blow them to pices with grenades and rocket launchers, they don't die but if you whack them with a baseball bat, they die instantly.

If it was evidence in a trial, then maybe no one thought it was loaded, or they forgot it was there. Also, for all we know Yanni was as dumb as a sack of jelly (yes, a sack filled with jelly) or even Mike Meekins. It may have been his but he never thought to use it.My point is, there is any number of explanations to this "WHAT" thing.

it was yanni's because he was a bailiff (wait, i don't know if bailiffs have guns... oh well.) i personally think yanni isn't as stupid as meekins.
