I disagree. People do strange things when they're frazzled. Why, remember when Kristoph replaced the wrong color card? Oh, sure it was a simple mistake, but that was his undoing. Or, remember how
3 things. First, put those in spoiler tags! Second your second and third examples aer a result of desparation, not panic. Third, Kristoph replaced the wrong color card because he assumed the cards on the table were the ones that were being used, as he didn't notice the red ones because... dun dun duuuunn! He was in a panic! There's no telling when Phoenix would have returned, and the police in the AA universe are known for speed (but not much else).

My memory of the case is very rusty, but I don't think they were shouting his name. Kristoph also doesn't seem to be a person to listen to future-rock, far from it. Though I would think the appearance would make anyone think they were related.

It was called the "Guilty as Charged" tour, and I haven't seen any concert billboards where I live, so it's possible that he didn't see any. Also, I don't think there were any crazy fangirls the first time you met him. He showed up after the officer refused Alita's "Hit Request". *sigh* gangsters... Anyway, he did look like Kristoph to Apollo, and the last point? There are at least two very simple explanations, I challenge you to figure them out.

I think Klavier's pretty badass. He air guitars in the middle of court, wears casual clothing to his trials, and activates hidden self-destruct sequences Von Karma never knew about. (And almost triggered with that head banging)
Besides, he's a lady-killer, to the jealousy of men. He rides a motorcycle and has a bigass chain with his last inital on it.
He friggin' SCREAMS badass. Just standing there, you can tell.
If this guy was your buddy, you'd get laid every night. (By women, of course

I know who ACDC are, but I wouldn't recognize the face of their lead singer, even if you named him.
And it seems you won't take me up on my challenge. One explanation is that Kristoph has no Gavinner's CDs (even if he listens to their music, it'd be on an iPod or something), and another is that Klavier isn't on the cover of the album.

Oh, and I was working on a Klavier sim on Sims 3 earlier today. Tried to make it as close to the actual Klavier.
Whatchoo guys think? x3 The clothes and hair aren't very accurate, but that was the best I could do with what Sims 3 gives by default.
