Howl's eye wided as he dropped like a ton of bricks. Howl... howled loudly in pain. "...WHY?!?" Is all he could manage to get out with his slightly high voice. He figured he might as well recover, fearing there would be more to come if he didn't act now. He slowly worked himself up, and limped over to the devil. "Untie you? Why the heck would I do something stupid as to let an ape like you loose. You being tied is like an injured Gazelle in a Wolf's den," He grinned slightly. "You're at my mercy; unless you can shred the knot apart with your claws. Otherwise, that knot is made for a one-time tie." He paced around her, trying to light her off again.

"And, Herr Howl, what are you doing with that whip?" Howl turned around to see Klavier. "Showing her who's the Alpha around here... minus... that lucky shot." He gave Franziska a heavy glare. "And from the way this looks. She's in checkmate."

Kristoph said that him and Apollo both got these bruises and burns from the ball of flame, but you were there too, weren't you? The only plausible explanation I can think of is that you weren't hurt because you were being possessed." He asked him.

((Okay so after the haunted house Kristoph is actually a part of a spy orginazation so either spy theme or something what do you guys think? And since Blade dropped Apollo I'll control him then.))

"Well that's what happened. Of coarse because I was closer I took more damage than Apollo did. For some reson Daryan's main focus was killing me." Kristoph said trying not to give Klavier any details about how he got stabbed a few times by the Daryan clones. "Well now that that mess is over I think I'll head over to the hospital now." Kristoph said walking out the door he then went to the side of the house, got his D.A.T watch, and it signaled a helicopter. "K-13 to base requesting pick up. Bring medic and then I'll report back to base." Kristoph said and he then climbed up the rope ladder leading to the helicopter. He could only hope that none of them noticed his getaway.

Apollo heard something outside he had gotten up and his body was aching. He looked out the window and saw his mentor going up a ladder leading to a helecopter. "M-Mr. Gavin?!" Apollo asked shocked seeing the helicoptor lift off. "Okay I think I have offically gone insane." he said still looking out the window.

((I got an idea for a theme after it, But hey, I have nothing against spy theme.))

The house shook ruggedly. Klavier wouldn't have been surprised if the whole place came tumbling down on top of them. "Earthquake!" He shouted, grabbing onto a lamp to try and steady his feet. "I hope my brother's okay. He must be still weak from his bruises." He muttered to himself. The picture frames shook with aggression, and one fell down onto the floor, it's glass instantly smashing, beyond being rebuilt, into lots of small shards of glass, like small diamonds.

((It's the helicopter, by the way.))

Kristoph was taken care of and then ended up back at base. "Welcome back to D.A.T.A K-13." his boss said. "So tell me what did you find out about the prosecutor? Well my brother was kidnapped by the ghost of his dead friend. And he still doesn't know." Kristoph said. "Well then for your next mission I want you to dig up any information on all prsecutor and make sure they're not from P.O.L.L if they are they must be eliminated understand?" his boss asked. "Understood." Kristoph replied.

You agree, Ja?" He asked him. He looked at his hands and found he was still clinging to the lamp. He let go. "Someone has to clear up all this glass. And it's not going to be me. I've already held a thin pole in my hands tonight, I'm not going to hold another one."

"No I swear I saw...ah never mind." Apollo said giving up on it. Sure Mr. Gavin could be the mysterious type sometimes but a helicopter? It wasn't like he was some sort of spy...or was he? "Well I'm not cleaning it up. I've already been close to being posessed,burned, and almost killed by Mr. Edgeworth." Apollo said. He didn't want to spend anymore time there and he went ahead and left.

The next day...
Apollo was walking into the courthouse but before that he was snatched up by men in black suits and sunglasses. He was then blindfolded and taken somewhere. When they took off his blindfold and he was in a room with Mr. Gavin and some other men in suits. "Hello Apollo." he said. "M-Mr. Gavin where are we? And why were you in that helicopter last night?" Apollo asked. "Well this is the D.A.T.A headquarters. Or should I say the Defence Attorney Tactial Agency. In other words I am an agent and what you saw can't be leaked out to the public. Including my brother or any other prosecutor. For they may be our enemy from P.O.L.L or the Prosecutor's Organiztion of Leathal Legislation. They are a corrupt bunch who forge evidence,commit murders, or even bribe high ranking officals for a guilty verdict. As for D.A.T.A we are here to stop them. Either way you have 2 opitions. 1 you can join us and stop the corrupt prosecutors. Or 2 you can have your memory erased and go on with trying to put up against POLL without our support." Kristoph said. "Well what POLL is doing is just criminal so...I'll join." Apollo said. "Excellent choice Justice. Now keep things confidental for now and I'll be around if you have any questions. Oh and don't forget your DAT watch." Kristoph said handing him a red watch just like his. "Now I think we should head back into town we don't want to keep everyone waiting." Kristoph said while leading Apollo to the chopper and they then ended up on the top of the Wright Talent Agency. They then went down and desided to meet up with Klavier and Edgeworth downtown.

"Oh sorry," laughed the pink suited Bizzaro Trite. "You ok? I'ma Bizzaro, a defense attorney. You?"

"Miles Edgeworth," scowled Edgey. Just the sight of this man annoyed him. "I'm a prosecutor."

The next day...

Klavier knocked yet again on the door to the white building, then rang the doorbell 3 times. "Great" He said, to himself. "Just great. I've found the only witness, and they happen to be out at the set meeting time." Klavier sighed and sat on a bench, trying to decide the next course of action. He had planned nothing for half an hour, as he was meant to be talking to the witness for that time. He took his case and opened it, browsing through his notes. He then noticed Kristoph, Apollo, Edgeworth, and that other guy. "Hey, Herr Forehead. Short time no see. What are you doing here?" He asked. Maybe they'd come to meet the defendant in hids trial? No, surely they wouldn't defend him. He's clearly guilty.

Oh great it's him. Okay now I wish I was back at base. "Please don't call me that." Apollo said. He then noticed Klavier come by. "Oh hello Prosecutor Gavin." Apollo said. Apollo then heard a beeping noice and it was his DAT watch.

"You forgot to put it on silent?" Kristoph asked Apollo quietly. "Well it's not my fault I'm new to this thing. Anyways it says it detects some evidence from POLL I'm not sure who has it though." Apollo whispered back. Apollo then shut off the beeper. "Sorry about that it's just my new watch went off." Apollo said while fiddling with his DAT watch. Kristoph just sighed. He makes a better attorney than a DATA agent well then again his is a rookie. I'll show him the basics later.

"Oh I got it from one of the department stores downtown." Apollo said. Kristoph went ahead and tried to divert Klavier's attention to something else. "Ahem so anything new going on Klavier?" he asked as he hinted for Apollo to stop fiddling with his watch. "I got it I got it." Apollo whipered back after tapping a few buttons. He actidentally set it to the tazer mode. Oh no he didn't just activate the tazer didn't he? Apollo then was about to tap a button. "No don't touch that!" Krsitoph whispered harshly at Apollo. A little thing that looked like a spring came out and shocked Klavier it was a good thing it was on a low voltage setting. The tazer would make it more of like a static shock.

"Uhh.." Klavier said, looking at the watch. "Ouch!" He said, as he got a small static shock from the spring. "Okay, now I really want that watch. Which store did you get it from, Forehead?" He said. If he could get that sort of stuff on his silver necklace, that'd be great. "Or is it a present from a secret organization that Kristoph introduced you to that tries to stop prosecutors from doing illegal things to get guilty verdicts?" He asked Apollo. "Just kidding!" He said, laughing.

Kristoph nearly had a heart attack. "Eh heh well I actually did get it as a birthday gift. I just never bothered to wear it. Then I realized after loosing track of time so often I desided to wear it." Apollo said also having a fast heartbeat after he though Klavier had found out. Kristoph then looked at his watch and it turns out Apollo and him had a mission. "Ah well would you look at the time. We really must be going now we had to go meet Wright and Trucy for something. Come on Apollo." Kristoph said and they both ran litterally. "Mr. Gavin I know we have a mission but how are we going to get back?" Apollo asked. "Don't ask just follow me and run." Kristoph said as they ran into an out of order telephone booth which was actually an elevator. "Apollo does he really know?" Kristoph asked panting. "I-I don't know but I recorded the conversation." Apollo said also breathing hard. They then met with the chief. "Sir m brother has POLL evidence we detected the chips. Not to mention I think he knows, Apollo recorded the conversation." Kristoph explained. Apollo then went ahead and replayed the converation. "Well you two are in danger. Not to mention you both have some runners after you two. Apparently someone has it in for you." the cheif said. "I want you to put these on and start getting used to getting from place to place on the rooftops." he said. "Oh you can't be serious." Apollo said. "Well you heard the chief." Kristoph said putting on the acro-shoes they looked like his shoes now except they made you more agile. "Well good luck gentlemen." the cheif said while pressing a buttton leading them to a roof. They were on a roof of a building over looking Klavier and the others. The building was 5 stories tall and to a normal person that would kill them but with acro-shoes it was a long fall but the landing was painless. "Alright so we need to track down those runners" Kristoph said. "No the runners found us." Apollo said while looking at POLL runners with tatoos. "I suggest we run now Apollo." Kristoph said running and then jumping from roof top to roof top along side Apollo.

They kept running and they went ahead and jumped from building to building like in the game Mirror's Edge. He then noticed that Klavier was looking at them both. "Aw just great now my brother is going to ask me about this." Kristoph said while kicking one of the runners in the face.

Klavier scratched his head as Apollo and Kristoph seemed to be running away from him, for some reason. "The joke wasn't That bad, was it?" He then turned to see if his client was back at his house yet. "Wait, what?" As he turned he saw his brother and Apollo running across rooftops. "Seriously, what is going on around here?" He ran towards the building they were fighting the other people on, and minutes later he appeared on the rooftop in a black cloak, a black hood and black sunglasses. "You will tell me the information I came here for!" He said to both of them. "Or I shall be forced to reveal your secret!"

"Apollo you remember the plan?" he asked. "Yeah I do." Apollo replied quickly. "Alright...here's your file." Apollo said kicking a briefcase towards the man. It was a dummy file but DATA always made the item look so legit that even POLL wound't dream of seeing it as fake. The runners still had them corrnered.

"Finish them." the mysterious man commanded and the runners went at them once more. They were on the ledge with nothing to help them. "Apollo do you trust me?" Kristoph asked. "Yeah are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Apollo asked. Kristoph nodded. They both rocked back and fell off the building looking as if they had commited suiside. Only to land with their acro shoes they then ran off but they made sure Klavier didn't see them. "You think they bought it?" Apollo asked. "Well I didn't put the holographic coprses there for nothing. I always come prepared." Kristoph said smiling while the retreated.

"Wait, what?" He said, watching as Kristoph and Apollo fell off the building. "I only wanted to show you my new cloak. Damn." He turned to run down the stairs, but one of the men caught his arm. "Hey, what's the big idea?" He told him. "You're fast. I like that in a person." Was his only reply.

"Yeah, I'm a fast runner, I get it, let me go." He told him. His arm was starting to lose blood because of his grip. He closed the door leading to the stairs. "You got two choices. You either join us, or you take a short trip."

"A short trip?"

"Yeah, off the edge of this building."

And with that last remark, he pulled Kristoph and his new shoes across building, and they both eventually dropped into the HQ, where he got fitted with loads of useful gadgets.

((Okay I'm a little confused so Klavier is join POLL or DATA? And Apollo and Kristoph fled the scene and they both had their shoes on at the time. cause DATA doesn't kill people (unless they are evil) and only accepts Defence Attorneys while POLL only recruits prosecutors. Now POLL kills people.))

After the scene with the runners Apollo and Kristoph were on the rooftop of a building. His DAT watch was beeping. "K-13 and A-13 glad to see you. Unfortunatly we've recived news that your brother indeed has connections to POLL." the cheif said as Kristoph's face turned as white as a sheet. "A-are you sure? Maybe he was just forced in?" Kristoph asked. "Possibly but either way he'll try to destroy you so it's wise for you and A-13 to lay low. Now I am updating your watches to give you Bio-Gloves, they are heat resistant, and can pack on hell of a punch. It also has spikes for those situations where you just have to...ah anyways just keep away from your home, keep contact with our agents, and disconnect from people for awhile for now alright?" the cheif said. "Y-yes sir." they both said. "K-13 I know this may be tough but you have to pull through. Without us our entire judical system would be corrupt.We're all counting on you." the cheif then hung up and their watches were upgraded. "I'm just going to have one last talk with him." Kristoph said as he jumped from the rooftops to find Klavier.

Kristoph was roaming the streets in search of his brother but stopped when he reached a certain point. The sign said Broadway and Pollis. "This is POLL territory. We have to be extremely careful here. There are also rouge spies but we've got some of them on our side." Kristoph said to Apollo who was tagging along behind him. The then saw the Blackjack Nine. They worked for DATA and we actually called this bacause they loved blackjack and they also loved being out on the field. "Well if it isn't Gavin and Ole Spiketop, how ya been?" they asked.

"Ah have you happened to see my brother Klavier around here?" Kristoph asked. "Oh yeah he was here all right. Was pretty much dragged here by the POLL's, poor kid had either the choice of joining or taking the highway to heaven. Now if that pimp tries ta mess with Krissi and Spikey we'll give em the ole one two." the leader laughed while punching the air as a demontration. "He maybe a part of POLL but he's still my brother." Kristoph said. "Eh forget about him. Once he gets ya cornered his cronies are gonna kill ya. Now yous twos go along now it ain't safe around ere it's POLL territory. Not ta mention you and Spiketop have been the talk of POLL.I mean Krissi you've beaten the daylights out of those POLL peoples and you've had no problem but if they has your weakness they've gotten you between a rock and a hard place. Spiketop here though might be able to carry on your legacy if ya train him right. I mean I know how it feels I mean my brother almost killed me. I should have known that brotherly hug would be a shank though the..." he was interupted by Kristoph.

"Try not to scare my apprentice please." Kristoph said. "No problem Krissi we do need to keep an eye on the lil fella. I mean he is gonna be the next legacy. Like a king and his heir. Well I won't keep ya. Your bro is in the POLL base he'll come outta that storm drain any second now." he said and Kristoph and Apollo then waited and th Blackjack nin stay with him for back up.

Two Kunais appeared, and soared right past the four male heads, missing them by only a centimeter. Then, there was a man standing by the base doors. He was wearing the same black cloak and hood as yesterday, but he had his black sunglasses modified. P.O.L.L. said it was for his own good. His sunglasses now only displayed thermal readings, making him unable to see features, only to define if what he was looking at was a person or not. "What are you doing in here?" He said to them. "This is P.O.L.L. territory." And with that he threw a Kunai straight towards Apollo's leg.

He smiled. His white teeth shined under the darkness that was his hood. "My weapon of choice. Kunai. Dark as the night, fast as a fox, and as brutal as a snake's poison kiss."

"Apollo!" Kristoph yelled pushing him out of the way and then avoiding the hit. The Blackjack 9 helped them escape before anything esle happened.

Klavier then turned his cloak and he disappeared in a swirl of black. Moments later he appeared back at the base. One of the P.O.L.L. members came up to him. "You let them escape! Why the hell did you do that?!" He yelled at Klavier. To which he replied, "Relax. My scanner recognized them as D.A.T.A. members. That'll surely mean they'll be back, Ja?"

"I knew that voice. The Blackjack Nine were right he is out to destroy me." Kristoph said walking back into D.A.T.A territory. "Relax Mr. Gavin it was just his back up maybe he didn't recogize us. I mean it was dark and we should have stayed by the street light." Apollo said trying to confort his boss. "You're right but this time we have to be careful. You almost got stabbed in the leg." Kristoph said. "Well should we go back?" Apollo asked. "Sure but we need to go into the rose garden over on Pollis and Shea." Kristoph said while walking west with Apollo. "Alright Mr.Gavin so should we go ahead and bring weapons?" Apollo said. "Only one and wear your thermal cloak and bring something to identify yourself I suggest wearing the gloves." Kristoph said while getting out the gear from an invisible gear pack. They then wore their cloaks and everything. Apollo had let his spiky hair be the only thing to show. Kristoph made sure to put small heat packs around his glasses. "This is just incase they are seeing us through thermal vision." Kristoph said and they then went back into POLL territory and they hung out by the rose garden. Kristoph had metalic gloves that gave off a blue light while Apollo's gloves gave off a red light. They looked like regular white gloves except they had these glowing wires on them and would solidify into white steel gloves with an energy spike option. "Wow these gloves feel like silk but then they turn into steel how is that possible?" Apollo asked. "Well I'd tell you that but then the POLLS would learn our secrets." he said. "Oh yeah." Apollo said.

"Get some spies around the base." Klavier ordered. "And give them each a Thermal wave radiating gun. In this day and age it's too easy to disguise yourself from thermal readings. Tell them to shoot this at any people they see, but to not harm them. The one who harms them gets fired. I'll make sure of this. When this connects with the intruders, they won't notice a thing, and it will give off a large thermal reading." He then turned, and walked over to a young wolf. "I hope you've been treating my wolf right. Treat him like a prince. Ja?" A man had come to the P.O.L.L. headquarters, and it turned out he was a D.A.T.A. spy. He had a wolf with him, to help him detect if any members of P.O.L.L. were around, but he treated him badly, and the wolf hated him. The rest of the group dealt with him, but Klavier stopped them from killing the wolf. He was going to look after it until it became an adult.

((If you're wondering why he was so nice to the wolf when he was so cold-hearted to Kristoph, it's because he's evil, he thinks he's on the good side and the thermal sunglasses didn't let him know he threw Kunai at Kristoph. so he's still a nice guy, really.))
