I've always found Larry to be a very sincere person, but excessively flighty. He really seemed to care for his girlfriends and want to take care of them. After all, he made a statue of "The Thinker" for Cindy and for Kiyannce (is that how you spell her name?) he wore that ridiculous Santa costume and went out in the middle of the night to get that giant Steel Samurai. I'm not going to deny that pretty girls catch his eye, but he's never broken up with them to be with someone else (as far as we know in canon), and I get the impression that he just wants somone to love. Does he want someone to love? Possibly, although a good portion time I felt as though he was more in love with the idea of being in love. The fact is even after being "devastated" by a break up, he's quite quick to hit on Maya and Franziska when they're near. A very quick rebound for someone who, a second before, was swearing off women or wanted to die.
Besides, I was talking specifically about Larry's feelings for Iris which just don't strike me as real. He doesn't really seem know her and, after Franziska shows up, he's basically forgotten her. Iris deserves someone who actually loves her and whose feelings center around something more then her looks.
Anyway, I don't want to argue. I don't like the pairing, but you are welcome to like it. I just don't think there was any substance to his feelings in the game and I'm sure, that at least in what we see of the game, Iris didn't return them. Perhaps a good fanfic writer could sell it to me, but I haven't yet seen one yet that I think did the job well enough to make me like this pairing. Again though, these are just my thoughts.

Pairings quit being fun here a long time ago. Nobody wants to drop it and make them fun again so it's the "new fun" i guess. I'm sure a lot of people who wanted to join got turned away by the pairing wars.
Beleive me i would like to see it "fun" again more than anyone else. It wasn't like this when i joined a year ago.

As for Iris, I honestly hate her as a chracter, so she pretty much gets no one in my book. Unless we randomly have a guilty defendant who kills all of girlfriends on our hands sometime soon.
