Because I am patent, have the whole glasses habit, have a devil hand (looks like a frown instead of a smile though.) and I am intelligent. I also have a sick sence of humor (cause of my creative writing class they're like my second family. I mean third because I have Justin on C.R.) 
I'm lazy, I use a poker face to trick people into thinking something was actually serious. I usually make a bad situation look harmless. 
I'm from AZ in other words I'm from the West partners. I also like to use the words Tex, Compadre, and ya'll as often as Klavier says Ja. I like to eat steak, I have a poncho, and when talking like a Western folk I have a strong Western Accent.
I can be loud, I can sometimes lack self-confidence, I am extremely afraid of hights, whenever I space out I focus on little momvents like Apollo's precieve ability.
I do extremely well in science. (I was the one who had gotten a 98% on the science final without studying a lick.) I eat Cheetoes like snackoos. I am defencive even when someone is joking.

The character I identify best with is 'young' Mia. It's my first year in my career, and I'm doing my damndest without a whole lot of outside support. Unlike most of our main lawyers, I feel like I don't really have much of a "mentor" figure to guide me along. Even though I've learned from some of the best art teachers in the state, I never really had any sort of special, life-changing connection with any of them. They're kind of my Grossbergs, I guess. As a teacher, it's obviously one of my main goals to be a major mentor figure for other people, including whatever student teachers come my way hoping to learn the trade. Maybe I can play "big Mia" to one of them someday. (Uh, without all the dying, if possible.) Also, like Mia, I'm the oldest of two kids, and big sistering is a job I take very seriously. :)
I'm a Maya because I'm spunky and don't like to act my age. I like to be the boss, and I spend more time arguing with ten-year-olds about Pokemon than I'd admit in mixed company.
I'm a Pearly because I'm an incurable shipper. (Though I would probably spend more time arguing with Pearls about her OTP than I'd admit in mixed company.)

- Apprently although i can be cute, cool, and friendly , I'm manipulitaing B**** (i agree with that) Although i am little more friendly than Kristoph, i am smart and I get away with anything, But then I'm like Nick because I defend my best friends alot, and If Someone needs to find the thruth i will help them. (Well as long it's not about me) I Trust my closest Friends With my Life, and i hope that they do to. If i want to do somthing i always plan first. My School friends, I'm not bothered about. They are mostly there for bordem killer, or the occasnal blame dump on them. I don't get bullied, (well Since i had to pay a kid to lie to get one of them down,) And get along on my own fine. Seriously, while there are a number of PW/AA characters I see bits of myself in (and I think that's part of the appeal of the game-- it's easy to care about characters when you can identify with them) Edgeworth's one of two fandom characters I've instantly had a sense of "I get them" about.Why? He's a complicated mess. He's terrible when it comes to dealing with emotions. He's had perfectionism issues. He's sarcastic and tends to think the worst about people. He's cynical of, and largely unreceptive to-- and nervous about praise for his efforts. He's a skeptic and has little time for things he can't see and explain. He's the type of person you could say is his own worst critic, but he's pretty damned critical of everyone else, too. Has father issues. Has immense trust issues. Seems to have depression at times. Doesn't like people touching him, either.
...And yet? When he really gives a shit about someone, he'd go to the ends of the earth for them, possibly even sacrificing his own happiness for theirs.
And... in spite of the fact that he seems to adverse to people, he's ultimately about fairness and the truth.
To the person who commented about the P/I shippers and self-identification... I suspect this is at least part of the reason I ship P/E, too. :nods:

I'm a total snackaholic and tend to throw things when I'm angry. Although I miss most of the time...
I act like a five-year old pretty much most of the time- seldom is the day when somebody doesn't tell me I'm "acting like a child". Besides who doesn't love eating? I can put away a surprising amount of food at a time and suspect that I have separate stomachs for different foods à la Maya.
Perfectionist. Enough said. 
I'm a hopeless romantic and often if I really want to believe something, I'll do it whether it's actually true or not...

When I first saw her I was like "Holy crap, she's a lot like me". A lot of her mannerisms are like mine, but I'm not agoraphobic (I kind of have it, but it's not as extreme as Vera's). So, out of all the characters, I feel like Vera is the most like me.

We both can be laid back and friendly, sometimes cryptic, and recently, it's been harder to anger me. Another interesting fact is that we both play the piano, but I gave up on it years ago.
But there is one major difference between me and Phoenix. I VIOLENTLY react when hurt. Pretty much the only thing I think I'll be remembered for in Middle and High School is that I got into 3 fist-fights every year.
