YKYPTMPWW... The local art gallery is an old courthouse. You're part of a youth group of the art gallery that gets tours around the area. You get a huge tour around the area-- you visit the old jail cells (reminding you of Ping's fangame) and then you see the old courtrooms. You rush in, run up to the defense attorney's desk (or prosecutors, you can't tell) and brandish your finger up high and yell out "OBJECTION!"

This one has undoubtedly been mentioned before, but when you ask someone what the difference between a ladder and stepladder is. Guilty, again. The person in question was my dad. He told me that ladders are usually bigger, while stepladders are usually quite small, but judging by the conversations in the game about this subject, either he or the games are wrong. Maybe I'll look it up later...
This one is more of a "You know that your friend plays too much Phoenix Wright", but it's about someone having played too much Phoenix Wright regardless.
I'm not sure if this applies to other parts of the United States, although it probably does, but I know that at least in the Los Angeles area and Boston that certain transportation systems are named after colors. For example, there is a system of underground trains in the Los Angeles area that are referred to as the "Red line", and there are buses that are referred to as the "Orange line". Anyway, today at school, these "lines" are brought up in a conversation. One of my friends couldn't remember which particular transportation system each color refers to around the Los Angeles area at the time. He ended up saying something along the lines of "You know what, I'll just call them the color lines. Or better yet, the rainbow lines."
I have no idea what I was thinking when I did this, and I deeply apologize to those that I may or may have offend(ed), but I then said, "How about the "feelin' faaabulous!" lines?". While I say the part in quotations, I spoke in a high pitched, mock flamboyant voice, put one hand on my hip and pointed my free hand towards the sky. Sort of like this:
Needless to say, the teacher yelled at me. DX I deserved it, though. Anyway, later in the day, the incident was brought up in yet another conversation. After I reenact what I did, another one of my friends who wasn't there to see the incident said, "Who are you, Miles Edgeworth?!" I laughed hard at that, but was at least able to say "He never actually does that in the games!". The same friend then replied, "He's doing it in his mind..."
