But wouldn't the killer be obvious if it 'looked' like Apollo and it was a prosecutor who'd we'd seen most of the game on the other side of the bench who kinda resemble's Apollo?

Maybe Day 2 you get to control either Trucy or Ema. I kinda like that idea of controlling them. As Trucy, you could distract people with Mr. Hat, or as Ema you have more access to different files and forensics. Although a tag team between the two would be AWESOME.

Firstly, the prosecutor is the killer, it was the victim who resembled Apollo. Secondly, I considered this. But having only the hair shape to resemble Apollo, it might be unpredictable. He/she might have black hair, a leather jacket, black skin, tattoos...
Or maybe they could really deceive the player and not roll their sleeves up.

has been arested for muder, with the same circomestances and 4-1. Hit in the front of the head with a juice bottle at the Borsht Bowl club. Appollo vividly takes the case and once again faces Fransika. He also confronts Klavier about his hiding in his office to escape the press. He wins the case and goes to record songs with his reunited band, while Trucy demands an explination on why he hid that fact. Appollosays "I epresed it" and that takes us to case 4.

I like all of them. I cant say anything about tracks since I haven't played aai yet. But I really love the festival thingy. I can really imagine that a festival in borginia is like the place in the sims makin magic :D

It later turns out that the one who hired de Killer was Daryan, who wanted revenge on Apollo. Later in the case we get to know why Daryan needed so much money in 4-3.
Thoughts? I think it would make an epic and exciting final case. 4-4 was pretty lame to me.

What about a case where the judge did it? I mean, not Udgey, but someone else! Like, Udgey gets sick, and another judge takes his place for a week, but he's actually the murderer. I mean, what happens if THAT'S the case?! :O

I'd love to see Gant and Lana as the detectives, Diego as the Defense, Neil as the prosecutor and Jack or Dee as the defendant
Another idea; Phoenix goes to see his client at the detention center, where he runs into an Old Friend (previous guilty party of your choice! :D) who ends up working with him/her to solve the current case, as they offer him vital information about the victim/witness/etc. It would turn out that Previous Guilty Party was involved in the murder, but did not commit the crime themselves. Through the case, Phoenix would end up learning more about the people he put in jail, and perhaps start to understand why they did what they did.
Eh, I'd play it.
