To make it perfectly clear... the download is just the casefile for the first half of the first trial. You'll also need to download PyWright.
Please feel free to comment here with bug reports, compliments, questions, suggestions, and anything else! I can definitely reprogram anything that people don't like and our three rigorous testers missed.

EDIT: I just finished it (yeah I know, pretty quickly too X)). Amazing! Probably one of the most realistic-looking fangames around!

I fixed something and had to reupload the game. You are able to play from the begining now, as I've replaced the game with the real one.

edit: Just finished it. It's really awesome so far. I thought it was the whole case tho, so now I can't wait to play the rest of the case xD I'll be sure to play part two when it comes out! When do you think part two will be released, if I may ask so impatiently?

On the timetable for part 2:
Part 2 is going to be, on some level, easier to script than part 1, if only because I feel as if I better understand the system. On the other hand, there are a few challenges, like scripting the ***** ****** at the end; ***** ******* are pretty hard to script in PyWright. And, of course, there's all the endless tweaking and bugfixing, and schoolwork's gotten heavier, and so on. But I want to get most of it done by the end of October, though SBX will almost certainly give it his careful polish after that.
Oh, and I'm also working on the tutorial, which is a case in itself.
(PyWright is actually pretty fast to work with. In theory, of course, you can copy-paste a script in, quickly churn out a bunch of scenes, and call it a day, but it takes a lot of time to match up emotions, proofread and suggest dialogue, make sure all the plausible presents/presses work cleanly, and so on.)

I play the games... Everyday so I'm trying to get the feel of them into this project.I got a new background in, and since i'm such a spoiler whore, here's a sneak peek at the picture.
Yeah, I know I packed it with people. But this is what it'll look like when you investigate in the next case... It'll be less crowded though.
