'kaaay... I did this with paint, but it was kinda annoying coz there were a few details i had to do sprite by sprite... What program do you use to edit sprites?
Btw, i wanted to do an animation, what program do you use to animate?

I have to say, for paint though, this is great, and I wouldn't know it was your first. I use Photoshop for mine, as it allows animation and transparency.

ps: hope photoshop makes the work easier, i was trying to re-colour franziska's hair earlier... my god, i had to make um like 6 different colours and paint 50 sprites one at a time

the only thing i got up to now was how to blury the shadows a bit to make them nicer
Edit 7: Photoshoped the shadows and removed the thingy on gumeshoe's face
Btw, i liked the idea of putting someone else's face in it, so i tryed this
