I would probably ship Phoenix/Edgeworth if Phoenix was a girl... and I probably wouldn't be such a rabid Maya/Edgey fangirl today. xD But if they wanted to keep Phoenix, Edgey and Larry all "best friends" they could just make them all girls, since (don't shoot me...) I don't know too many girls that are on a "best friend" relationship with a guy, because of romantic pressure and all that other stuff.

I see it too. Both the frames where Female!Phoenix's eyes are closing is where the breast looks odd (and her hair also does something). On the frame where her eyes are closed, some extra pixels at the bottom of the sprite have been added. Then again, it could be my computer.
...Okay, I just checked. Four times, even, while zooming in, and I don't see it. o_O; I did notice a few stray pixels, though... but that's around the bottom of the sprite. However... part of one of her sprites was... cut off. That's probably what you noticed.
Here's the updated version... the cut-off thing shouldn't happen anymore.
@Fanfare: Killed her hairstyle? No way, she looks awesome with the spikes going down. Great picture ^_^
PMSing Phoenix in court would be... oh boy. Poor Edgeworth/whoever is prosecuting.
This thread actually made me work on an entire sprite sheet for Female!Phoenix... No idea when it'll be done, though. The close-up sprites are really hard to edit. x_x
Edit: Hey, look! Next to the updated sprite! Is that... another sprite? Gasp!
Looks like what would happen Phoenix could channel Mia...

Anyways, if Phoenix were female, quite a few of the male characters would like hi- I mean her more(especially Max... he'd probably do that card trick thing with Phoenix right away instead of waiting five or ten minutes, and he wouldn't insult hi- her).
April could probably stand Phoenix even less than she already does, and he definitly wouldn't be Chinami's boy-/girlfriend. Her best friend, maybe, but definitly not her boy-/girlfriend.
Phoenix and Maya would have a more... sibling-like relationship, with Phoenix treating Maya like a younger sister. Pearl certainly wouldn't tease them about being a couple, though.
I'm sure there are other things that would change, but these are the only ones I can think of right now.

Male Dahlia is hard for me to imagine. Or male April May. Basically any female character that relies on their sex appeal as a woman is hard for me to imagine as the opposite gender.
