Then, you have to save the archive as "sigs.php", for example.
After that, you have to create a website in a hosting like Lycos. (It's completely free)
When you have created the website, you have to login and go to "WebFTP". Then, you have to make a new folder called "sigs". Open it and upload there your images.
But if you don't want to do these things, just tell me and I'll make you the sig.

.EDIT: I think I know what the problem is. The archive "sigs.php" has to be outside the "sigs" folder.

this is very good technicaly but i stick with the pw characters
maybe you could use a picture of yourself in the same position of the characters in your sig and add it to the dynamic thingy
