How about transparency? Like the blue box at the bottom of my sig. I want it to be more like the game. How would I do that?

Anyway, for the transparency, your layer of blue rectangle should have the colour's opacity lower than 100% and the number shouldn't get any lower than 40%. Opacity is toggleable (idc if this word exists! As long as you know what am say'n ere) on both Adobe PS & GIMP.
