You did not wake up just in time to go to work, and you hate it when your boss or the supervisor yells at you for being late. So you decided to call the office and inform them that you can't get out of the house because your door froze due to heavy snow... or whatever you can come up with.
It can be any other incidents apart from the example given.
So, what's your alibi?
