Helpful post. One question I have... on the "EMAIL FROM DALETTO" field, what are the options? I put them into google translate and both of the first options apparently translated as "RECIEVE". Which seems a little sneaky if you ask me. (The last 2 options are pretty obvious; text only or HTML).
