I've been thinking about making a flash version (which I'm currently making) to be put on Newgrounds and then converting it into some common video format to be put on YouTube. That way everyone can view and find it.

Thank you! Now, I got to ask you what kind of parody did you have in mind? Lyrics? Music? Song? What I really need is music. An Ace Attorneyish version of Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up. That would be awesome. I don't really need anyone singing in it, because it wouldn't really fit in the concept of AA. I've been thinking about making up some kind of lyrics to be shown in optional subtitles, but I don't know if I have time. If you friend could do something like that, it would be great! ^_^

Congratulations, your friend has just won the Internet! :D The only problem I see is "Neva gonna fail clients". To me, it doesn't really fit the vocal melody, but maybe that's just me. If I end up using this in the final version, who do you want me to credit for it? I'm not yet sure if I'm able to pull up the subtitles, but I'd very much like to do that.

Haha! I gotta tell you that this isn't really a piece of cake. I already see so many flaws in what I've done it's not funny anymore. D: It's going to take a loooooooooong time to be complete...

Haha! Talk about a good coincidence! :D And to your question: I don't know what to wish for. If people get more annoyed about NickRoll, I've made what I was trying to do, but wouldn't that also mean that there's something wrong with it? I don't know anymore...

Thanks for your kind comments. I see people have started to write their own lyric suggestions and I appreciate that. Maybe I'll put up a contest for them when the video is done... You should wait for it. ;)
Now, I got some bad news for you.
1) I just got back from my holiday. That means I haven't had much time to make this thing.
2) I'm trying to get to study Finnish in some university which means that I'm going to have exams in June. I'll be spending most of my time around books so there goes my free time.
3) I won't be spending much time around my computer at summer due to personal reasons (summer trips, hanging around with friends and family etc). This means I won't really be able to continue to work with NickRoll before Autumn. >_< This means that you won't be seeing the final version of RickRoll before Autumn or even next Christmas. But don't worry, I'll try to spend a couple of hours every day before June with NickRoll and maybe I'll be able to get you guys a little taster. Maybe. I apologise for this.

Yes... I do live... Just was on a holiday trip for a few weeks.
I share the same values with you. Quality over fast procedure. However, this is my main problem. I see too many flaws with what I've made so far and I'd like to do every single frame again. I'm afraid I don't have enough time though...
