Okay, enough barking from me. Switching to SubSilver style reverts to the most recent layout... but it lacks the new functions.
Thanks for linking to this, I really REALLY needed it.
Unfortunately, as much I would have liked to use the new and updated skin, I'm gonna have to stick to the old one. Due to my colorblindness, I couldn't see any of the text except the white links (without tons of highlighting). The light blue on dark blue become all dark for me. I just wished I could have got to test the new functions thought.
I do like the banner...

It's a stepladder...
Actually it's a ladder. A stepladder is like two ladders screwed together at an angle. That's just a normal rigid ladder.
Here's the wikipedia page for ladders. Stepladders are "hinged in the middle to form an inverted V, with stays to keep the two halves at a fixed angle", while typical ladders are "a vertical or inclined set of rungs or steps".
Not that that detracts from the awesomeness that is this theme.
